We stopped by Chapman BMW just to test drive a specific vehicle, to compare it to the others we had seen earlier in the day. We were warmly greeted by a sales person (Savas) who quickly made sure our needs were met. He was kind, courteous, and sincere in his assistance. He was able to get us into the car we wanted, in a way that worked best for us. There was no "up selling," no hassles, no hidden dealer fee, no additional line items! The financial manager came out and was kind a courteous as well. She wasn't just a scary person in a back room "turning us down." The financial manager and sales representative inquired about our needs, and our situation, and facilitated a deal that met our needs. Jaclyn (the financial manager) was incredibly efficient at her job. We were in and out (with our vehicle "in hand") very quickly. I honestly can't say how quickly, because we didn't intent to purchase a vehicle here. We just felt so comfortable and appreciated. We brought our 6 and 8 year old. They didn't even have a chance to get restless. I never experienced such a smooth, painless car buying experience. I love my new vehicle! I love feeling like an appreciated customer! I love feeling like someone is grateful for my business. The third try was "a charm" for us, but next time I'll save myself half a day and just start with Chapman BMW. By the way, I previously owed a BMW that I brought to Chapman for service, they were great then. Two vehicle later, I find myself back here saying, "Chapman BMW has always been good to me." More
