Chapman BMW Chandler responded

Mr. Barker, I apologize you feel your experience with Chapman was not up to par I would like to share our point of view for your consideration. You brought your car into service in the afternoon of June 22nd. We preceded to diagnose the problem the following morning and called your extended warranty company as it was not a BMW warranty. The warranty company got back to us on Friday afternoon with an approval. We started the repairs on Monday and finished them on Tuesday as it was a repair that took over 13 hours and you picked up your car that day. As far as the dents on the loaner car are concerned you acknowledged that there were no dents when you left with the car and they were there when you returned. One was the size of a golf ball and the other was larger. I apologize that you think we shouldn’t have charged you for them but I would ask you to consider two points. First if we didn’t charge people for damage they wouldn’t care about taking care of our car. Second if we damaged your car while it was here you would expect us to repair it I’m sure. If you like to discuss this further please don’t hesitate to call me we do value your business and would like to help you in the future any way that we can.
