He's friendly, accommodating and quick with his response communication. My vehicle has always been fixed in a timely fashion as promised. The service Andy has provided is so wonderful that I've made all recommended repairs to my 2006 BMW and passed the vehicle onto my daughter since I feel confident she is driving a safe car. Andy's excellent customer service made it a no brainer for me to chose Chapman BMW to purchase a 2015 replacement BMW for myself.
