I bought a Tesla 2015 6 weeks ago. The finance department stll has not completed all the necessary paperwork to finalize the deal. They initial copied the wrong social. They also did not complete the documentation correctly at the purchase. I owe my first payment in 5 days yet the bank does not have the docs. Do not do business with them!!! More

My sister in law purchased a used car here. Fast forward a month and the transmission is out, and they are offering her ZERO assistance. They had to have known this car had issue when they sold Fast forward a month and the transmission is out, and they are offering her ZERO assistance. They had to have known this car had issue when they sold to her yet they don't even care that a single mother, in the middle of moving, now has no car. We definitely understand the risks of buying a used car but when they LIE to her and tell her its a certified used vehicle just to have it die a month later, that is bad business plain and simple. Very disappointed in the entire staff and this establishment as a whole. More
