Service was great, friendly, efficient, and completed a clean, well-done job. It was worth the 90 mile drive from Tucson. In addition, they washed my automobile. Service visit I received a reminder via E-mail that I was due for service. Clicked on the link, scheduled an appt. Went to the appt. I chose to forego the free loaner car and have a coffee and read some mail. Within a few minute my advisor returned and said my car was ready as soon as they finished airing the tires. He returned and told me that I had a pice of metal in the right front tire (would explain the TPM monitor intermittent on and off. I could have replaced just one run flat tire but chose to replace the 2 front for rife sake. The tires were of course way overpriced, but what can you say, you are at the dealership and they take such good care of my car it was worth it. I was out the door 20 minutes later and the car was washed as well as I would wash it myself (very thorough and clean inside and out). Now I have my eye on the new M235.. Love Chapman, great place I am the last guy on earth that would gush about a car dealership, trust me. More

New Purchase I started out the day with two cars in mind that I was interested in test driving. I visited two different BMW lots as well as another lot for differ I started out the day with two cars in mind that I was interested in test driving. I visited two different BMW lots as well as another lot for different make of vehicle. The first BMW lot didn't impress me much. The first salesman didn't want to walk around in the heat, and quickly deserted us for the comfort of the building. We had another salesman approach who did a better job of representing his company, but it was just one of those experiences where I didn't feel compelled to stick around and get serious. We decided to make a trip to Chandler and see what they had on the lot. Richard Snieder wasted no time in catching our interest. He offered a couple of test rides in a 328i sedan. Wow, this was a great ride! We didn't quite come to an agreement before leaving the dealership, but it did give me an opportunity to go back and test drive the other car of interest. I realized there was no comparison in the ride, but due to the deal I was offered I was still very interested in the car. This BMW dealership did an outstanding job in providing me with the best of any sales experience I've had. It was a little bumpy along the way, but that's part of shopping for a vehicle. The purchaser wants the best deal on the table, and the seller wants to make a profit. Once it became serious, they were persistent in not allowing me to walk away from a great car. BMW vehicles are truly a class of their own. Being a woman, it was down to two cars and being very indecisive. Both had the power I desired, but in reality the BMW outclassed the other car in every way. Both deals were great so it was really down to the payment. Was I willing to pay extra for the class and a smoother ride? Once we agreed on trade-in, down payment, and interest rate I finally had to commit because they worked so hard and made it all come together. The ride is sssssssssooooooooo classy and comfortable! I so appreciate the efforts Brian Lee and Richard Snieder took to get me into a BMW. I highly recommend this dealership. More
