After having some truly horrible experiences at other Chapman dealerships, I was very apprehensive about doing business with Champan BMW. However, from the first contact with Henry, the sales experience Chapman dealerships, I was very apprehensive about doing business with Champan BMW. However, from the first contact with Henry, the sales experience at Chapman BMW was far and away the best I've ever been a part of. Henry knows all of the cars inside and out, and in the rare instance he can't answer a question, he quickly gets the right answer for you. Since our first purchase last October, we have now purchased two vehicles from Chapman BMW and are actively working on third. When I want to buy a new or used car from now on, Henry will be the first person I contact. The only reason I gave a 4 for Overall Experience is that the response from the higher-ups and finance department can sometimes be agonizingly slow! This is out of the Sales Advisor's hands, however.
