The cost of repairs at this BMW service center is outrageous in my opinion. (This is probably true for any BMW service center, but my experience is here) A part that can be purchased for $70 will cos outrageous in my opinion. (This is probably true for any BMW service center, but my experience is here) A part that can be purchased for $70 will cost you $300 at this dealership and this is not including any labor charges. If you do go here... check your options with other shops and let them know what you were able to find. They may negotiate. (they did negotiate with me once, but I still way overpaid for the service and know that now.) Another example... I needed a new emblem for the hood of my car. I was told that the installation was "difficult" by the service manager and that it would be about $80 for the installation. I paid about $30 for the plastic (yes it's plastic.. it only looks like metal) piece and within about 2 minutes, my dad was able to carefully pry off the old piece and click in the new. Really? They wanted to CHARGE ME FOR THAT!!?? So much for good old customer service. More
Don King was great to work with. My only complaint that I have is is that when you walk in there are way to many people waiting to help you and sale you a car. Chapman BMW is an ultra-modern, spacious dealership. Employees are technically competent, friendly, and know their product and the products' capabilities. I have been dealing with Karl Muik and Chapma Employees are technically competent, friendly, and know their product and the products' capabilities. I have been dealing with Karl Muik and Chapman BMW for more than a decade. He is an expert on BMWs, and always keeps his customers up to date on the latest. The dealership is a fun experience. I find it a pleasure to do business with Chapman, Karl, and Giuseppe. More
This is a very snobbish dealership and Chapman has no sense of customer service whatsoever. BMW enthusiasts stay away if you value good service.
