After we checked Audi dealership in Chandler, we feel disappointed. When we drove cross the street end at Chapman, it likes day and night comparing to Audi's. Karl spent a lot of time with us, explained everything in detail and accurately. Later we tested drive a X3 and learnt what was the car capible of. Both my wife and me were impressed and decided we would not look further on other dealerships. Karl made a few phone calls when we went back home about the driving expericences and prepared for our next visit. 3/26/2011, a week after our first test drive, we came over again and made the purchase of a beutiful blue colored X3.
