Bruce was a very good, professional, and understanding salesman. Immediately upon arriving at Chapman BMW, he made me and my parents comfortable to be there. This was particuarly in stark contrast from my salesman. Immediately upon arriving at Chapman BMW, he made me and my parents comfortable to be there. This was particuarly in stark contrast from my experience, just moments earlier, at another dealership just done the street from Chapman BMW. At that dealership, my parents and I waited over 15 minutes until someone asked if we needed any assistance, and even then, they stated that someone would be with us shortly. Yet, nobody came to help us. Upon the second or third "offering" of help, I told my parents - audibly enough for that dealership's salespeople - that we would be leaving since apparently that place did not want our business. Our experience at Chapman BMW was completely different. Bruce welcomed us to the store the moment we exited our vehicle, and he introduced himself to us. He was friendly and informative and provided us with great answers to our questions. His assistant (whose name escapes me at the moment) that day (3/12) was great and very friendly as well. Needless to say, the customer service and attention to detail was light and day difference. Although Bruce focused on the specific makes that I had asked about, his inquiry into either mine or my peers' interests as to a preowned Jaguar was a good move by Bruce. In fact, I was interested in the Jaguar after he showed it to me. After that, Bruce simply made me comfortable in eventually coming to a deal that I liked and felt was reasonable on both sides. I would say that Bruce was relentless, and I don't mean that in the negative sense of the word - I meant that as him trying to work with me and my expectations in order to arrive at a deal that I was comfortable with and that the dealership would be satisfied with. Again, after arriving at our deal, everyone else at Chapman BMW, to the financing people (Giuseppe, and then Megan when I came back the next day) were all friendly, patient, and willing to walk through things and/or explain each part of the contract that I had questions about. My entire experience at Chapman BMW was superb. Bruce and everyone at Chapman BMW made my experience of buying my own car for the very first time a very seemless and enjoyable one. Not once did I feel pressured to do something I didn't want to do, and not once did I feel like I was having the wool pulled over my eyes. Bruce and others were honest, sincere, genuine, patient, and were able to address my concerns. I think you all should continue providing customer service this way as long as you run your business. It was light and day comparison to the other dealership I referenced earlier. Keep it up and thank you for helping me make an easy choice! More

Everyone was very friendly and cooperative. I was in the two other BMW dealerships before I came into the Chandler dealership. Mr. Lee worked with me and was very flexible with pricing. He was very professional and patient with my stubbornness. My four year old son was with me and everyone was very kind and patient with him as well. It was a 100% tie between a BMW 5 Series of a Volvo S80. I chose BMW due to my current excellent relationship with Mike Reeves in your service department. The experience was better than I thought, was not overwhelm with sales people hounding you and adding pressure. Tibbs and Jennifer were very friendly and courteous to work with. After not being able to come to a good price with Tibbs I was at home working on the computer and contacted the same dealership through t work with. After not being able to come to a good price with Tibbs I was at home working on the computer and contacted the same dealership through the dealership where I got a price cheaper and more trade in than with Tibbs. Car sold but Jennifer with here ambitious nature found us the right car and was delightful to work with. Yes I would recommend this dealership and Jennifer to anyone. I give Jennifer a 10 rating!! I never thought that I would own a BMW. I have been looking for over a month to find a car that I felt would be worth spending money on to replace my 2002 Nissan Maxima. I am a thrifty person and purchase my cars with cash. Therefore, I am picky and reserved when it comes to automobiles. I like sporty cars but am turning 44 this year and am a real esate partner at a large firm in Phoenix and therefore felt that I needed to purchase a more "grown up" car, but everything looked so borring. I looked at VW, Infinity, and Lexus, but nothing looked good to me. Earlier this week I thought that I was going to purchase an ISF from Lexus, but when I test drove the IS 350 FSport, I was not impressed. I felt like giving up. My wife suggested that I test drive a BMW because I like the way the cars look. I had avoided BMW because I didn't want to spend the extra money I thought I would need to spend to own a BMW. When I met with JJ Garcia, he took the time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for. He showed me many cars from the vast invitory onsite at Chapman BMW. I was able to touch and feel the cars rather than just look at them on the computer. It made a big difference. However, it was the test drive that sold the car. The 335i drove like a heavy car (wheels tight to the rode and suspension absorbing bumps) with great acceleration and turning, like a light car. The negotiation was the best part. I explained to JJ what I wanted to spend and that I was going to send out emails to many BMW dealers for a specified price, using Edmuns, and JJ was able to accept my offer. The rest of the time was spent visiting about the car and JJ showing me how to use the many options assessories. I can't say enough good about my experience at Chapman BMW. I am not only a new BMW owner, I am a BMW client and look forward to returning to the dealership to see my friend JJ Garcia. Thanks for making my car buying experience so enjoyable. John D.
