i have previously purchased all my cars from a competitor bmw store, but a friend of mine kept telling me to see this guy Jeff "JC". Curiousity got the best of me so i had to find out what this "JC" was about. And to my surprise, I purchased my first BMW from Chapman. Jeff spent a lot of time with us on the lot explaining the vehicle and all it's features. He was particulary interested in making sure the car we were buying "fit" us. He said this many times. He was not high pressure and even let us know about other pre-owned cars at your sister store that might be of interest to us. That just made him appear all the more confident about the car he was recommending for us! :) He was super nice to my kids that we hauled along (not easy for many people believe me). He gave us wonderful value on our trade ins. He and your finance staff stayed to about 10pm at night to finish "the deal"!
