We came to your Dealership after a visit to BMW No. Scottsdale (where we had 5 transactions in the last 4 years). On our way home we decided to give Chapman a try (you service both our cars) and to just "look" at the options available to us at the end of our 2007 X5 lease. After spending some time with J.J. and having him explain programs (not done by the other Dealer) and availability (we were told there were very few 2010's available by the other Dealer),we decided to turn in our vehicle and BUY a new car with J.J. He is extremely professional, knows his product line and is a pleasure to do business with. We are thinking about trading in our other BMW and doing this again with you guys! We had only planned on test driving the 535i, but the salesman was so convincing and helpful that we made the deal. He made us feel like we were getting a good deal and the car was fantastic.
