Very unprofessional and not trustworthy. In trying to purchase a $96K used vehicle, I got a run around and lied to. First lie was that they would match the competitor price for the trade in. After supplying the trade in offer, they came back and stated they could not meet it. Adam, the sales person, sent me their best offer with the trade in with the VTR and window tint taken off. We were still $2K different, so I decided to hold off on the purchase. Then couple of weeks later, I saw on their website the price of the vehicle was dropped $2K. Instead of the sales person contacting me, I had to contact them to agree to purchase the vehicle if previous trade in conditions were still good. What I got back was that they had to charge for the window tint because of the price decrease. They wanted to charge $499 for a window tint that was already done when the vehicle was sold as new. I was told by Adam that all their vehicle are sold with the window tint, including all new cars. I asked the window tint to be taken off since Chapman BMW sold the vehicle when it was new with the window tint. Adam tried to lie that they did not sell the car, but it was sold in California. I had to bring up that the CarFax shows it was sold by them and not a California dealer. When it was verified by Adam, he started by telling me two take it or leave it. There is nothing he can do because the sales manager will not lower the price. What's funny is that I am willing to pay the price they listed and the trade in offer they provided before. Trying to nickel and dime a customer and not being completely trustworthy basically turned me off on purchasing any vehicle from them. I have purchased around 10 cars in the past in different dealerships and I have never had an experience like today. Andre, the sales person was very attentive and responsive, my problem was with the fina dealerships and I have never had an experience like today. Andre, the sales person was very attentive and responsive, my problem was with the finance department. The person I dealt with in Finance was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. I understand the pressure tactics to try to add the maintenance plan and all the other extra items to the purchase, but you have to do it without crossing the line. I think this person thought I was a young college kid, but even if it was the case, it does not give him a reason to act the way he did. If I decline to add any of those items I don’t think it is very appropriate to keep calling my decision (or me) stupid, not smart, cheap, crazy or that (and I quote) I shouldn’t call his f@xxxxx phone to complain when I go to service the car there and I see the charges. The only reason why I stayed and finish the purchase was because my wife really wanted the car. We were leasing it and she wanted to keep it. In a different situation I would have just given it back and go somewhere else. I won’t service it there, I won’t buy a car there again, and I cannot recommend this dealership. More

I had a PrePurchase Inspection done and they told me it was in excellent condtion. Well it is not. Battery keeps going dead, lots of battery acid under the battery, rust and a lot more things. Back story... In 2017 I purchased a 2017 540i but got horrible service from the service depart . For 3 yes I said I had a coolant problem and after 3 yrs they find a coolant problem. The mechanics are no horrible service from the service depart . For 3 yes I said I had a coolant problem and after 3 yrs they find a coolant problem. The mechanics are not good and whole front line service depart. Are horrible. So now I wonder if they are even fixing my issues. My thoughts were right I got an oil change and 30days later my oil light came on saying “I need a quart of oil”. Walmart mechanics can do a better job of changing oil!! Maybe I should go there !! Maybe they don’t like my car 2017-540i?? The friendliness is a cover up “lies”!! More
Tony DiSalvo is an excellent service manager and ensures that his consumers are taken care of. From the time that I pulled up until the time I left the entire team was great. I tested drive the car on a heavy rainy day that lasted for 5 minutes. I went home. Next day, they called me to come back, they'd give me a very good deal. I went back to the trap unknowingly. I drove the car home, problems started right away. first, the radiator fan noise, it almost fell out from the engine, I checked it saw the clips to secured the fan were not fitted in properly. Then I noticed the steering wheel is getting stiff, then I heard the idling engine sounds very rough, kinda shaky... I took a video with sound and sent it to them, I asked them please let me return the car, I only had it for 1 day..... They replied NO......I asked the manager, he said NO. I checked the CarFax repair records with 2 other Mercedes car dealers, they said, they don't have such repair records with this car. CarFax also stated engine belts replaced ,this is a lie, belts look very old with cracks, CarFax stated engine was detailed, this is another lie, engine looked very dirty with grease and dirt caked in layers, CarFax stated Steering wheel pump replaced, this is another lie, pump looks old and still have problem. ABC system broke, no air struts, Sunroof broke, won't open, or close ....Lying in CarFax is a punishable crime. The people at Chapman BMW of Chandler are very deceptive, they make a dishonest living out of innocent victims, they hide all major issues in those cars they're selling, this misrepresentation is also a punishable CRIME. The manager name is Steve Boyle had been in hiding, One last advice for potential customers...Keep your hard earned money away from these thieves, they will have no mercy for you, they will outsmart you.
