Called for a Ford, They wanted me to finance a BMW I emailed about a Ford Mustang that was for sale. I emailed the sales rep about what the best price they would be willing to go down. The gentlemen said it was the final no hassle price. However I kept on receiving emails stating "thanks for your interst in the BMW, lets talk finance. WHy dont you come down and drive a BMW and lets find the right "ultimate driving machine for you". In other words...the salesmen NEVER tried to call to understand my needs. Its a simple "qualifying" the customer. i am purchasing many vehicles for a fleet for Turo yet somehow he thought I wanted to finance a BMW. Lesson for your sales person...dont copy and past emails that sound like someone else wrote it and it was intended to not be personal. You lost the sale and future sales as I am a heavy car buyer. All because you thought I wanted to finance a 3 series...when there was never mention of any of that. More

Chapman BMW Chandler sold me a 2015 i3 that had been in a front end collision and did not provide me with any accident information at the time of the purchase. I was told this car had a clean carfax. No place in my paper work was I informed about this car being involved in an accident I also think it is wrong to have any used car customers sign a waver saying you will not sue the dealer after the purchase for any reason. I will not do business with this BMW location again More

Because we were buying a used car, we felt we may have some wiggle room on the price. Their offer was reasonable and even took a few hundred off the final deal. We were concerned about buying a car and going to a dealership during Covid-19; however, masks were donned, new pens offered, and hand sanitizer was aplenty. Attempted to shop through email with John Wayne. The only offer I was given was $500 off MSRP, they marked up the money factor and pocketed the dealer incentive. I get it, it’s sales, so I let him know $500 offer I was given was $500 off MSRP, they marked up the money factor and pocketed the dealer incentive. I get it, it’s sales, so I let him know $500 off full sticker is just ridiculous and also pointed out I could tell they were marking up the money factor. I was ignored at this point and then received a follow up from John Wayne asking how he could help. Huh? I explained I was waiting on a deal I couldn’t refuse and he simply replied, “I gave you my best offer and you said no. What else is there to do?” $500 off FULL STICKER is NOT the best deal you can offer. That’s just some BS you’re feeding me because you don’t want to work with an informed buyer. More

I went in for a recall that my BWM had . Nothing Else was suppose to be done, when I went to pick up my car, on my way home my car turned off on me and was left stranded.
