Chapman BMW On Camelback

After an accident with my previous BMW I have seen look on the net for a local dealership however I did not check them out with other people who had purchased a car from this one. I have owned 5 BMW over on the net for a local dealership however I did not check them out with other people who had purchased a car from this one. I have owned 5 BMW over the last twenty years and really believe in BMW's quality and have always had excellent experiences with dealers from other States. I assumed that all BMW dealerships where held to the same high standards. This dealership was truly not the case. I had to take the car back four time to have thing fixed in a PRE CERTIFIED car. So much for pre certified cars from them. I was out and out lied to by the Service Manager regarding rust on the rotors and the finance sales person tried to sell me additional extended on things that were already covered for several year as well a scratched and dent warrantee on a car that was already scratched and dented. I am still a BMW believer however I would never even THINK of buy another car from this dealership. Please understand, this is just a summary of how bad the dealership performed. The only bright spot in the transaction with the salesman, Bob Husrch who tried his best to make things right. Should he go to another dealership I would highly recommend using him. I think he was embarrassed by the service I received, but he does not call all the shots. In summary, although I am disabled and was healing from the accident that brought me in to buy a car, I still believe in BMW's reputation for quality and would buy another, but NEVER from this dealership. Remember "BUYER BEWARE" really applies to these guys and expect to have to fight to get reasonable good service and do not purchase a car from them until you see that they have done all the things they promise or better yet - USE A DIFFERENT DEALERSHIP. Good ones are out there!! More

My car has been in for repaire 11 times since November 2013 . My car is a preowned certified 2009 750i.The sevice staff are very kind but the car has been largely unuseable and unreliable for 4 months. It 2013 . It has stranded me 3 times , twice on my way to Flagstaff.The latest episode was my car leaking gasoline while parked in my garage ,2 feet from my fireplace that had a raging fireburning in it.Luckely my wife noticed the stong smell of fuel when she arrived home and I removed the car fron my garage. I called the dealer the next morning and they instructed me not to drive the car and to call BMW Assist ,the roadside towing service for BMW clients.BMW Assist refused to tow the car unless I had the fire department remove the fuel from the car.The fire department said that is a service they do not provide.I am under the assumption that because I paid a premiun for this car , towing was included with CPO vehicles.I have owend approximatly 25 cars in my lifetime.This car has been the worst auto experience of my life by far.The previous statement is "WHY" I gave Chapmann BMW the rating I gave them. More

Steve Murphy was great to work with when I began looking at new cars after my old one died. He was very patient and he took the time to explain various details of the different BMW models to me as well as at new cars after my old one died. To his credit, Steve didn't pressure me as he recognized that I needed some time before making a decision. The result is that I have a brand new 328i GT which I absolutely love. Steve also has been available to answer my numerous questions as I still have much to learn about how my 2014 model operates. The Chapman team has been very responsive to my needs. More

I recently brought my 2011 BMW to Camelback to have a few items addressed. I was greeted by a very friendly gentlemen whom I found out later was the service manager. This dealership is professional, honest, I feel that I can go there and no matter what they will make sure I am taken care of. First and foremost, I'm a snowbird and live on NYC. I was in the market for a BMW with little to no hassle. I spoke to savas at chapman BMW on Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. and he had the approval and the ca was in the market for a BMW with little to no hassle. I live in NYC so the documents were Sent to me Fed Ex with all the areas to sign and a return envelope. By Friday morning my deal was finalized and I had my new vehicle. This was unheard of. I will refer anyone I know to Savas and the team at BMW. Savas, was upfront, honest and took the guess work out of the transaction. This was my first visit to Chapman BMW, I just moved from Berkeley, CA. Boy what any easy experience and what great customer support. They looked into an intermediate noise, could not find the problem, but were able to give me information about what might be causing the noise, so I am comfortable with everything that transpired this visit.
