Had another very positive experience with Chapman BMW's Service Department. I went to use my car on a Saturday morning and found a series suspension issue. I called Chapman BMW as soon as they opened and Service Department. I went to use my car on a Saturday morning and found a series suspension issue. I called Chapman BMW as soon as they opened and they got me right in, provided me a loaner vehicle, and had my own vehicle repaired, cleaned and ready for me to pickup by 5:00 PM the same day. What makes this even more remarkable is that my regular service writer wasn't in, but Marie Fakas, a relatively new advisor in the department, took care of everything. She was very knowledgeable of the mechanical issues, and treated my vehicle as if it were her own. I highly recommend this service team! More

SHADY If I could give them negative stars I would. We bought a 2015 for 40k with 30k miles and had it delivered. Upon arrival there was 3 dents that was never disclosed that they tried to blame on shipping company. Also an accident that was covered up and I had to fight for them to pay the 3k to fix it. Also have had it in the shop 5 times for multiple issues from the transmission to the fuel pump. I would never buy from them again. More

We had such good luck 10 years ago with a 650i convertible and then We just bought our 3rd BMW from Chapman. This one was a ‘pristine’ 2017 X5. We had such good luck 10 years ago with a 650i convertible and then last year with a 430i it was easy to go straight to Chapman for an SUV (that we should have bought last year). Stan was as knowledgeable as anyone I’ve met about the car and straight forward about the deal. We had a small issue with a paint chip problem and Stan wasn’t available to talk to so J.C. stepped in and took over in a heartbeat! This car is not a ‘used’ car—this is a ‘very much like new’ previously owned car now that Chapman did an outstanding job of getting ready for us. Chris Crawford was especially helpful in getting the car through the paint shop and ready to pick up. Shelby (in finance) was a real treat to work with ( what an interesting story she has)Thank you so much for another great car-buying experience.
