Worst experience I have ever had. As a first time buyer I expected my experience to be a great one, the whole time they made me feel as though I shouldn’t have even been there in the first place. I was trans expected my experience to be a great one, the whole time they made me feel as though I shouldn’t have even been there in the first place. I was transferred to three different sales associates and all tried to completely rip me off with pricing and random additional charges. The Used car manager, Robert Mills, was the rudest person that I spoke with at the dealership. The worst part of the experience was that they were trying to sell me a car without even test driving or seeing the vehicle in person. They were extremely persistent on me not going down to the dealership. If you’re looking to buy a car from the used inventory at this dealership, please refrain from doing so. They will belittle you. This place deserves 0 stars. More

BEST Salesperson ever!!! I'd like to give kudos to Kim Reid, the BWM Internet Manager at Chapman BMW. Originally, I needed help securing a specific car for an Arizona clien I'd like to give kudos to Kim Reid, the BWM Internet Manager at Chapman BMW. Originally, I needed help securing a specific car for an Arizona client while I was working from California. Other dealerships wouldn't give me the time of day. Not only did Kim respond to my call, she went out of her way to find and transport a loaded model from the previous year saving us a few thousand dollars. She kept in touch with me every step of the way and was easy to reach at all times. So, great sales rep. But that's not all. The driver of this car is elderly and needed to turn the car in early. Kim could have said - Call BMW financial, good luck. Instead she worked as hard helping us review options on the turn-in as she did on the sale. Kim is a kind, caring and honest person. I would highly recommend using her for your next purchase. More
