We've taken our cars in a few times for multiple concerns and even though some might seem small, these are our investments and we are very particular about the level they are maintained. Even so, Chris has always been open to hearing us out. Not once has he made us feel like our concerns were not important and he makes sure that the car is diagnosed throughly and the problem is corrected.
