Misquoted sticker price Went to the dealership today to look at a car that it is said online was available just to be told it was sold was then showed a Nissan rogue and was Went to the dealership today to look at a car that it is said online was available just to be told it was sold was then showed a Nissan rogue and was quoted $1,000 less then what they had in the system. Rep did not correct the issue just brought out the paper with all the pricing on it with an extra thousand dollars on the price of the car. Did not explain why just put it out and said that's what it was. Was then offered a lower amount for trade in then already arranged through TrueCar. Of course that was contingent on car condition which the sales rep said was quote green. He said they streamline that process now and it's either green yellow or red so I don't know how the trade was so far lower than what I was already quoted and the dealership is a TrueCar partner. How could it be so far off. It was very early in the morning maybe he just had a rough night but there was a lot of errors that did not get resolved. Needless to say I did not purchase a vehicle I was willing to pay for that day. More

Stan was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was able to provide answers to all of our questions and was well informed on all of the options that vehicles had. Both Stan and Tom went out of their way to make sure we were beyond satisfied with our purchase. After the sale, Tom went above and beyond and made sure that my used car looked brand new and when the results weren't up to his standards, he had the team redo the repairs needed. Thanks Guys! More
