We have worked with some really great people there but I really have to give Craig Rusin an extra special shout out! Craig has been instrumental in the pursuit of my last two cars! My approach was to just be chilled out about the experience and start with a phone call directly to Craig and tell him what I need, what I want, how much I want to put down, and where I want my payment at. Craig from the start was "I get it". He knew that for me, I was looking for everything to line up just right and that this may take a little time and if we both are patient, the prize will reveal itself. It did! Exactly the same way, both times I worked with him. I wasn't unhappy with my previous vehicle choices or the people I worked with but Craig and I were able to form a really great connection. Both times HE found the car, not me. He found them, called me up and had me come in and both times I ended up with more than I expected. Craig knows that the best pay off is watching that person drive off feeling great about what they just purchased.
