Best Purchase Experience!! Craig was the most helpful person to ever assist us. We went browsing prepared to say "We're just looking"! We ended up with 2 new X3s! Why? Because C Craig was the most helpful person to ever assist us. We went browsing prepared to say "We're just looking"! We ended up with 2 new X3s! Why? Because Craig was a great listener and helpful at finding options that fit what we were looking for. His flexibility and expertise showed as he shared information about the cars we were interested in. Needless to say, we are more than happy and will be ringing Craig for assistance in the future!!!
