Salesman Steve Murphy was straight forward and professional. He knew the product well and was easily able to answer all questions. Chapman BMW on Camelback is fair regarding trade values compared to other dealers further north in the valley. The BMW ordering process was simple and took about a month for production through delivery, even during the holiday period when the factory in S.C. was shut down for a week. The 2022 X3 is refined and drives as if it is "physically fit" compared to the 2020 X3 that was traded. BMW has made many subtile improvements in the past two years. Tech expert Sergio was excellent in explaining the technical aspects of the vehicle. I recommend Steve Murphy and Chapman BMW on Camelback. More

We just purchased 2022 X3 xDrive 30i. Initially, we reached out to Kim Reid via. email and she was so responsive and answered many of our questions. On December 27th, 2021, we visited the Chapman BMW on Camelback and met with Kim Reid. She was so attentive and wonderful to work with. She helped us to find a finance option that permitted us to purchase the new 2022 versus financing an older, certified pre-owned 2018. I made a call to the Sales manager Tom W. at about 9am and was out of the dealership with the new car I had inquired about by later that same afternoon. An absolutely fantastic experience. Ray, the sales rep who assisted was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Eloy, the BMW genius was very helpful and explained all of the gadgets in great detail. Giuseppe, the financing manger, was an absolute gem to work with. I have purchased many cars from dealerships before and this was the VERY first time I can honestly say that my experience was hassle free. Kudos to Team Chapman BMW. I came in to purchase a vehicle on October 16th, 2021. I already had my financing lined up, so the transaction was being treated as cash. The dealership agreed to match the trade-in offer made by another de already had my financing lined up, so the transaction was being treated as cash. The dealership agreed to match the trade-in offer made by another dealership. They applied a military discount and we agreed on a price. After which, the dealership tried to get me to fill out a loan application and provide my social security number. I reminded them that I was not applying for credit, this was being treated as cash purchase. When signing the contract documents, they had me sign a form agreeing I would apply for other financing if they did not receive funding from my lender (USAA). This seemed reasonable, however I was not given a copy of all of my signed documents. More than 10 days later, I inquired because my trade-in still had not been paid off even though it was already sold. They responded that they had tried 3x to reach out to USAA for funding. I contacted USAA who stated they had not funded the loan because Chapman BMW was requesting $6000 more than what was shown on the purchase contract. I informed Chapman BMW and they said they would correct this mistake. USAA called me the next morning to say that the incorrect dollar amount had been submitted yet again. I believe that Chapman BMW is trying to purposely have my loan rejected in order to make me go through their financing. Submitting incorrect documentation to a bank, to me, is considered fraud. Why they would try and pull one over when I have another $75k vehicle waiting in the production line with them and they have already sold my trade-in is beyond me. This is absolutely egregious behavior. More
