Working with him is like having your good friend who knows a lot of about cars along to help you make a good decision. Craig is knowledgeable, enthusiastic, patient, and fun to be with. He didn't put any pressure on me at all, and he focused on helping me find the perfect car -- in an enjoyable manner. It's obvious that he just loves cars -- and he also loves dogs, which shows you what a good guy he is.
