I assumed it wouldn't be in great shape but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle in great condition. We had a trade in that was upside down and our sales man Savas was very helpful in working with the manager to get us a fair price for the vehicle. Kim Reid changed all of my perceptions of buying a car! Let me start by saying that I have only bought two cars from a dealer before going to Chapman BMW on Camelback for my recent purchase. Both of those experiences were a total nightmare and made me completely jaded about the car buying process. However, from the moment I stepped into the showroom and started talking to Kim about what I was looking for, I knew this time would be different. Unlike my other experiences, I felt like with Kim, this time it was about what I was looking for and what I wanted - not just what her commission was going to be on the sale. Kim was knowledgeable, patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure that each of my questions were answered - all without putting any pressure on me to "close the deal". Once I picked out the car I wanted to buy, Kim and the entire staff quickly and efficiently guided me through the rest of the process. They clearly explained all of my options and had me out of there in less than an hour! I could not have asked for a better buying experience. Craig Rusin had to do an inordinate amour of leg work to make things happen two days over 8 hours. A great guy always willing to help and is extremely knowledgeable about BMW's Then when faced with no where to go the this happen he got together with Steve Zucker who spent a couple hours finding a way to make the deal work. I also have to say thanks to Dustin Donner who spent a few hours with me and got me hooked up with Craig Rusin. Also thanks to Allen for entertaining all the creative ideas. I hope we can go this again in a couple years. This was all about my 16 year old son getting his first car at 16. Not any easy deal with insurance. So all I can say is thanks too everyone.
