I assumed it wouldn't be in great shape but when we got there we were pleasantly surprised to find the vehicle in great condition. We had a trade in that was upside down and our sales man Savas was very helpful in working with the manager to get us a fair price for the vehicle. Both of those experiences were a total nightmare and made me completely jaded about the car buying process. However, from the moment I stepped into the showroom and started talking to Kim about what I was looking for, I knew this time would be different. Unlike my other experiences, I felt like with Kim, this time it was about what I was looking for and what I wanted - not just what her commission was going to be on the sale. Kim was knowledgeable, patient, listened to my concerns, and made sure that each of my questions were answered - all without putting any pressure on me to "close the deal". Once I picked out the car I wanted to buy, Kim and the entire staff quickly and efficiently guided me through the rest of the process. They clearly explained all of my options and had me out of there in less than an hour! I could not have asked for a better buying experience.
