Craig Rusin had to do an inordinate amour of leg work to make things happen two days over 8 hours. A great guy always willing to help and is extremely knowledgeable about BMW's Then when faced with no where to go the this happen he got together with Steve Zucker who spent a couple hours finding a way to make the deal work. I also have to say thanks to Dustin Donner who spent a few hours with me and got me hooked up with Craig Rusin. Also thanks to Allen for entertaining all the creative ideas. I hope we can go this again in a couple years. This was all about my 16 year old son getting his first car at 16. Not any easy deal with insurance. So all I can say is thanks too everyone. Walking into most dealerships was like how I imagine famous people feel because you get bombarded as soon as you walk in. Not so at Chapman BMW on Camelback. I found a couple of cars online at chapmanchoice.com that I wanted to look at. I called about the cars and talked with Savas Makridis. I explained to him what I was looking for, that I wanted low mileage, how much I could spend, etc. He went to work on finding me a car. He called and made an appointment with me. When I walked in to Chapman BMW on Camelback, I was greeted by Savas and only Savas. He walked me out a different door and there sat my dream car! I am not kidding, he did his homework and found me the exact car I was looking for. I was ready to spend hours looking for just the right car and I didn't have to because he listened to everything I told him. Artine in Financing helped me to get the payments that I wanted and even helped me to get a very good warranty as well. I will never go anywhere other than Chapman for my cars. From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was treated beautifully. Craig was designated sales rep and he could of not been nicer. He showed utmost patience for my plethora of questions and treated them with both respect and humor. There was no pressure put on me to buy immediately it rather was told to go home think about what I really wanted and need. Craig sent me multiple emails with potential options and answers to any questions I put forth. Overall, it was a extremely pleasant experience and am looking forward to driving my new vehicle. More

Not sure I'd buy again I bought my second BMW here several months ago (been thinking about this review for a long time) and was assisted by Kim Reid. I appreciated her frien I bought my second BMW here several months ago (been thinking about this review for a long time) and was assisted by Kim Reid. I appreciated her friendliness and willingness to help, but was NOT impressed with the dealership's way of doing business. There were lies told that were didn't get revealed until after the sale and I think they could've done more to try to make things right. Maybe I had unreasonable expectations, but I figured the sales manager would at least be relatively honest. The experience, financially speaking, honestly felt more like I was a shady used car dealership where all they wanted to do get all the money out of my pocket. Maybe I shouldn't have expected more. That said, I like the car and I've had great experiences with the service department when I've had to bring it in. More
