This is a 5 Star Service Department. I brought in our 330i that had a random stumble on start up. Of course it did not act up for them but they did not give up checking everything they could. Gary was amazing and went above and beyond to make me feel happy and satisfied with my car when picking up. He noticed the car was not clean the way he liked and took it back to buff out the bumper.
