The salesman, Levi, was awesome! He was really helpful, kind, and patient. Having said that we ordered our 2022 Chevrolet 2500 pickup in January. We ordered it exactly like we want He was really helpful, kind, and patient. Having said that we ordered our 2022 Chevrolet 2500 pickup in January. We ordered it exactly like we wanted. When it came in the interior was the wrong color. We could live with that so we went ahead with the deal. Then we were told we had to pay for $2313 worth of dealer add-ons. We did not want any of those but were told if we wanted the truck we had to take them. After waiting for 5 months we went ahead and purchased the truck. Next time we are looking for a vehicle we will not be doing business with Chapman. It is so disappointing to have to pay for something you do not want or need. We were told that it would help make our insurance cheaper but our insurer said it was based on the VIN number not add-ons. More

In the past I have had so many issues with the service department. I can name three service advisors who did not help at all. Because of these issues, I have had to reach out to Sandy McKay every time, department. I can name three service advisors who did not help at all. Because of these issues, I have had to reach out to Sandy McKay every time, which is unacceptable. Ms. McKay is a busy woman and should not be dealing with petty issues. I was reluctant to take my car which was out of bumper to bumper warranty. I dealt with Al Valencia for the 1st time and all I have to say is AMAZING! He was willing to listen and help me out. In my 9 years of going to our local Yuma dealership (I keep buying Chevrolet/GMC vehicles), this visit was perfect (even with hiccups on finding my part). Chapman Chevrolet is lucky to have a service advisor like Al Valencia. Thank you Al for everything and making my situation better!
