Awesome Service Visit Awesome service visit!! Dropped my 2013 Jeep Patriot off with Chapman Chrysler Jeep service representative Chance Sackett. Explained that I needed a Awesome service visit!! Dropped my 2013 Jeep Patriot off with Chapman Chrysler Jeep service representative Chance Sackett. Explained that I needed a brake job on both axles and a fuel Induction System service which was noted on the last visit. I left the dealership for a bike ride while service was being completed. Shortly thereafter, Chance called and stated that all of the brakes needed. was cleaned and adjusted. Thanks James Jefferson for being an honest service tech. Work was completed within the timeframe given. Thanks guys for being honest, this is why I always use Chapman Chrysler Jeep! More
