I was in a panic because I needed a smog check, Luckily he was able to work me in. He diagnosed the transmission as being the cause light. He replaced the transmission, and change the engine oil in a very timely manner. He instructed me to drive the car for 1/4 of a tank of gas to reset smog equipment it worked, I was able to get the vehicle smogged. He is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I will never buy another car from this dealership. They I will never buy another car from this dealership. They sold me a car that broke down about a month or so after buying it. When initially purc I will never buy another car from this dealership. They sold me a car that broke down about a month or so after buying it. When initially purchasing the car, I arrived alone and due to my limited knowledge of car buying, they repeatedly tried to sell me the car for much more than it was worth. I ended up having to have someone who had more knowledge meet me at the dealership in order to get a fair deal. They also failed to pay my trade in on time. I was receiving emails and calls that I had missed my car payment. I had to contact the dealership multiple times to get any help with that. I was treated this way even after I had 3 family members buy cars from them the month prior. Also, if you have a factory warranty, there is no point in buying the one that Chapman offers because they won't help you when your car breaks down. They made it difficult for me to even get a rental car. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. This has been a nightmare and my car is still not repaired correctly. It has been over 6 weeks. If you do decide to purchase from them, I would make sure you buy new, not used, and I would also make sure you bring someone with you who knows what they're doing. More

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought the car from them. Glad they have the big inspection so they can sell cars that dont hold oil have colapsed motor mounts and leaking gas Tanks. Good thing they have a service department who took the car back for 2 weeks just so 3 days later it could start smoking again. Was so shocked when I took it to the dealer to be told that the mechanics had forgot to put on half the bolts on the underside of the car and all the oil had spewed out. So glad I spent $4,000 on the warenty so Chapman could lie and say to my face you can have the dealer repair it while telling the warenty company they wouldnt let anyone else work on the car.so another 3 weeks of theese clowns playing mr car mechanic on my car. After all this motor mounts are still collapsed. Lucky us who doesnt want a car that shakes you so hard you throw up while you drive down the freeway Wouldnt tell my worst enemy to come to this junkyard. More
