process should have been simple, ordered a vehicle, was told updates would be given, received none until the truck was on the lot 35 days early. Had previously explained we would be paying cash for the truck so we needed heads up to move over 100k and depending on how the process went, several more family vehicles would be ordered. After the good news of the truck coming in early, several attempts have been made order the rest of the vehicles but more than 40 days have passed and the wonderful salesman so eager to help cant be found or even return an email because the first transaction was not completed. When attempts were made to have them return our refundable deposit, we are going on day 4 without success, and the second attempt to recapture business, even though they were told we already placed our order elsewhere, still no response from staff even after speaking with sales managers on site. For principle alone, I would rather go pay more at another dealership than in any way reward these people with our business. When we started shopping, this dealership was initially ruled out after spending 30 minutes on site and zero sales staff could be found. normally, a good thing because we all hate being bombarded but when theres zero staff, thats not good either. We were returned to the location by referral from a close friend. I really hate leaving these reviews but in my opinion, a long weekend or family emergency is a reason to not get back to a client. Literally 43 days passed before I gave in and went back in person to get my money back. Sorry guys but you deserve this review. More

Found some bees in the intake and downloaded latest software- all a part of warranty. My service advisor, Ruth, was excellent (so nice to see a female service advisor. First time buyer from this dealer. In all honesty I searched the Jeep forums for dealers that were looking to make great deals to sell new Jeeps. I got bids from dealers in CA, AZ, ID and VA and Cha searched the Jeep forums for dealers that were looking to make great deals to sell new Jeeps. I got bids from dealers in CA, AZ, ID and VA and Chapman had the BEST deal. They are 15 min from my house so I was pleased. No other dealer in the Phoenix area came close to the deal that Chapman offered me on the Jeep I chose to order. So now I've had my Jeep 5 months and believe it or not I have 16K miles on it. Went in for my 2nd oil change. Got me right in with their express service lane, in and out in less than an hour. GREAT service after the sale and looking at their garage, a state of the art facility. Best dealer experience by far in my nearly 50 years of buying Jeeps ! More
Called my service advisor on Mon. The 12th to make an appointment to get some light pods put on my truck he never returned my call. I call back on the 13th and talk to someone else and got the appointm appointment to get some light pods put on my truck he never returned my call. I call back on the 13th and talk to someone else and got the appointment all set for Thursday. The 15th at 2:30pm. When I got there on Thur. I talk to the person who was going to install the lights and he told me that no one ever told him that I had an appointment And he would get to it. I wasted two hours and gas and my truck never got worked on. So I had to make another appointment for the 21st which means I will need to drive another 30 min. And waste more gas for something that should have been done on Thur. More

I'd put zero stars if I could. I started coming to this Jeep dealership after my experience at another was not so good as well. Looks like having terrible customer service is the same across the board for all of them. My car needed this new part that was causing it to make a grinding noise when I drove. First off they said they were ordering the part and it would be in, in about 5 days. A month went by and I had tried at least four times to contact them wondering where it was to which I always got the same answer "We'll give them your number and someone will contact you"...... Well nobody ever did after a month of calling I finally got ahold of someone just to find out they never even ordered the part to begin with. After finally ordering the part I was able to take it in to get fixed. Well..... after driving off the lot I come to find out my car is still making the noise. However, now the noise is ten times louder then before AND they didn't do an alignment after fixing the part. Now my steering wheel is side ways when I'm driving straight (Which is not how I left it to begin with). So not only did they take a month to get the part, they didn't fix the problem, I'm now driving with a sideways steering wheel AND I spent all this money just to have more problems. I tried to contact someone at least 10 times now and again I get the same crap answer "We'll give them your number and someone will contact you" blah blah blah and nobody ever calls me back. This is ridiculous!! I'm so pissed off, but especially disappointed in Ruth my service advisor and Harry the Service Manager. They have seriously dropped the ball and I feel robbed of my money just to now have more issues with my car. This place doesn't care about its customers all they care about is making money. Then running away and not answering your calls so they don't have to deal with you. More
