I have worked with David Flores for 12 years and through the ownership of 3 Chrysler products. The first one being a truck I purchased new from Chapman Dodge which is how I met David. I will never ever go anywhere else and will probably have to continue to buy Chrysler products at least until David retires! He is always helpful, always professional, and beyond honest. Additionally, I have never felt like I didn't get my vehicle back from a repair when promised. I tell all my family and friends about the great service I get from him and from Chapman Dodge, especially when they ask why I drive all the way to Chapman Dodge for service even though I live 2 minutes from Airpark Chrysler Jeep! As a former manager in a professional service industry, I hope Chapman Dodge takes good care of David. More

I always have had a very nice experience when I go to Chapman. This time I came in to get and oil change and check on fixing a bubble on the window tint you guys did for me. We got off to a rocky start following our purchase. New car delivery was terrible and the vehicle was not in good condition. Excellent quick service. I came in to get my windows fixed after getting conflicting reports on the repairs of my rear windows . Got my oil change for free thanks Satellite radio which took 3 hours and nothing was found. Also, observed my truck was just sitting there for long periods of time with no one doing anything with it. The, TO TOP IT OFF,someone dinged the back left fender above the tire and did not report it. When the truck was delivered to me I noticed it and I pointed it out to both Rick Wisely, who confirmed to me that the ding was not there when I brought it in that morning, and Randy Springett. It appeared that one of your service people side-swiped a pole while it was in service. I had just bought the truck on December 29th and this was my first return for service. Now the value of it has been decreased due to negligence of one of your employees, and I might add dishonesty. I would like to know what will be offered to me for this blatant act. More

I came in for an oil change. Reflector on drivers door (08 Dodge Ram) fell off on previous day. While in line for oil change, asked about broken reflector, under warranty? or how much to replace? I was also asked if I would like the truck washed after service, I said OK. It took about two hours to get my truck back, unwashed with the reflector lying in the floor. Dont offer services that wont be performed, grant the customers requests (especially if they are willing to pay for it), and be honest/correct with your estimated timetables. Have been a patron of Chapman Dodge & Chevrolet for many years now. A little disappointed with most recent customer service experience. More
