Only problem I had on this service is a contiuing one. I ask for my serice sticker to be set at 5 thousand miles, and for the 2nd. time, I recieved one for 4 thousand miles. According to the owners manuel ask for my serice sticker to be set at 5 thousand miles, and for the 2nd. time, I recieved one for 4 thousand miles. According to the owners manuel it says service for my vehicle should be 7,500 miles, but on the recommendation of YOUR service department, I do it at 5 thousand miles... I have a choice where I service my vehicle!! I dont think its too much to ask to get my service sticker set for 5 thousand miles. Three strikes and its of to another dealership. More

Usually, I have exceptional service at this Chrysler service center BUT I came in for an oil change and had also gotten a recall notice by mail for the radiator cap issue. Service is fine. The summary they give you after you get your car back is very helpful, but the prices are ridiculous. They do match other dealers prices and in my case offered me a deal that was pretty go your car back is very helpful, but the prices are ridiculous. I had an appointment with Rick Wisely for service and had some problems with my 2005 Dodger Grand Caravan. When he checked out why the "check engine" light kept coming on, he checked it out and said a senso some problems with my 2005 Dodger Grand Caravan.
