Service is always friendly and responsive to my time frames, but one 'bothersome' problem of a very squeeky side passanger door noise while driving was worse than before I brought it in. It is not worth frames, but one 'bothersome' problem of a very squeeky side passanger door noise while driving was worse than before I brought it in. It is not worth my time to bring it back in for just the door noise, but my caravan appears not to have been test driven before giving back to me. The air conditioner blows cool air, not cold like it did (or like our other caravan) so the blower must run on a high speed to keep cool. They did replace an airconditioner drain hose, but the temp of the air seems the same. So I have a noisy rear door sqeeking, and the blower running on high speed, so if I need to talk to wife in the pasenger seat, it seems like we are having a shouting match to get over the van's noise. After speaking with Dave on the phone I felt satisfied with the attention he gave to my problem (transmission stuck in 1st gear), as well as his understanding of how important it was. After dropping my c with the attention he gave to my problem (transmission stuck in 1st gear), as well as his understanding of how important it was. After dropping my car (Chrysler 300) off to be inspected and repaired, they got to fixing it immediately the next day. The cost of the repairs/service was very reasonable, and I didn't feel as though I was being taken advantage of as I have at other dealers. I was able to pick my car up in the early afternoon, and it drove excellently on my way out of the dealership. It was a pleasure to be treated with respect and courtesy throughout the entire process, and I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks Dave!! - Andrew McClellan More
David is very courteous, takes the time to listen, and gets the work done when promised! I don't know the technicians, but all the work has been done correctly. I also like the fact that David does not "p gets the work done when promised! I don't know the technicians, but all the work has been done correctly. I also like the fact that David does not "push" for extra work to be done or to follow a maintainence schedule that is different than the manufacturer's. All in all, I am glad you picked up the Jeep franchise from Power. More
I did receive a discount on the price of the motor for my window, but my car is only just over three years old and I rarely rolled down the back driver's side window of my car. For it to stop working after window, but my car is only just over three years old and I rarely rolled down the back driver's side window of my car. For it to stop working after such a short period of time seems unreasonable. My warranty ran out in February this year. Had I purchased my Caliber a few months later, I'd have gotten the 100,000 mile warranty. I appreciated the service manager giving me the discount on the repair, but didn't feel I should have had to pay at all considering the car isn't that old. I understand warranties, but because I purchased my car so close to the 100K mile warranty offer, I felt I should have been given that warranty. Shame on me for buying my Dodge too early in 2007. Dave has always been friendly and helpful. The vehicle was washed and returned in a very clean condition. Dave's recommendations on diesel maintenance were very helpful. The cost of the fuel filter was a was washed and returned in a very clean condition. Dave's recommendations on diesel maintenance were very helpful. The cost of the fuel filter was about twice what it can be procurred at major auto parts suppliers ( about $24 vs Chapman's charge of $55). 100% profit on parts seems out of line. More
I am not sure what is going on at your shop - It was recommended to have work done that was done the last time I was in - so either you didn't do it last time but charged me or your service is pretty ba recommended to have work done that was done the last time I was in - so either you didn't do it last time but charged me or your service is pretty bad to not know it wasn't needed. And the main issue I have is that your service dept said I needed a new tire as it was leaking and had a screw in the tire that couldn't be repaired. I had just gotten new tires and had a warranty so I took it there instead. they looked and the screw was barely into the tire, was not leaking, really short and not hurting the tire at all. I am not sure if your service folks are not competent or if you were trying to rip me off... I have the feeling you were trying to rip me off since you recommended other work that didn't need to be done also. so I am definately not impressed with your service and will be very careful about what I let you do in the future and will NOT recommend you to anyone I know. I brought my Ram 1500 Hemi in for its 30,000 mile service. David took great care of me, as usual. The estimate was exactly right, the work was done in the time I was told, I had a courtesy shuttle ba service. David took great care of me, as usual. The estimate was exactly right, the work was done in the time I was told, I had a courtesy shuttle back to work, and I was able to pick the truck up after hours. I have ZERO complaints. I would recommend this dealer for service to anyone. More
This is my second visit to this dealership for service issues. The first time I enjoyed the experience, and I worked with Rick Wisely, who really seemed like he knew what he was doing. This time when I issues. The first time I enjoyed the experience, and I worked with Rick Wisely, who really seemed like he knew what he was doing. This time when I called for an appointment, Tyrel said that I could bring it in the same day. I was pleased and took an appt. at 10:00 am. I live in East Mesa, and decided to hang out and wait for the verdict thinking that Tyrel would call before lunch and let me know if the air conditioning was fixable. At 12:30 I called and left a message for Tyrell and called the main line to find out if I had to walk around Scottsdale longer. A gentleman answered and transferred me to Tyrel. His answering service picked up and I hung up and called again. The man could not even tell me if they had looked at my vehicle. There was no information in the computer on my Jeep Liberty. Just a suggestion--if someone calls for information on their vehicle, they should be able to get an update without having to wait for the ONE person who checked them in that day. Tyrel had left for lunch and would call me when he returned... He finally called at 13:30 and told me that the compressor for my Jeep would be 819$--a little more than I had anticipated. I told him I would talk with my husband and call back--if he could please check the refurbished pricing for the same part. After my husband called and spoke with him, we decided to have the work done, and he called at 17:30 to let me know that it was ready for pickup. All of this to say that if there is no time for the mechanic to look at my vechicle right away--DON'T MAKE THE APPT AT 10!!! I waited around almost three hours before anyone could tell me what was wrong with it! It was the same with the oil change... I figured it would take an hour or two at the most... but no one even looked at it until after lunch... At least make an appt later--ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE WAITING AROUND FOR THEIR CAR. THAT is good customer service. More
As always, David was very helpful. He is a pleasure to have as a service advisor. He always makes sure we understand the "why" of the things that need to be done to our vehicles. I brought my own oil for the service I needed and was charged for a full Oil-Filter-Lube service. I made mention of this to the cashier and she called the service writer and he discounted the price. I charged for a full Oil-Filter-Lube service. I made mention of this to the cashier and she called the service writer and he discounted the price. I then went to pay for the service with a Gift Card from Chapman and the bill had to be adjusted again. You do not seem to have a system in place on how to charge the customer when they bring their own oil and possibly a filter too.. Ray Jenkins More
