I am particularly impressed by the customer service I receive at Chapman's for my Chrysler Minivan Also I assumed I would be waiting much longer recently for service (front brakes, etc.) needed but was receive at Chapman's for my Chrysler Minivan Also I assumed I would be waiting much longer recently for service (front brakes, etc.) needed but was delighted when I left after only 2 hours. I'm always advised of any recommended service that may be due, yet am also advised when a particular service can be postponed since my vehicle does not give evidence that the service is necessary at this time. I have also been very pleased with the work done by service technicians Steve Horn and Wade Pinson. Both have often came out of their service bays to discuss possibilities with me. More
David Colwell was extremely nice and helpful with explaining the work that was done on my car. Along with my oil change I had a problem with squeeky brakes and a tail light that was shorting out and explaining the work that was done on my car. We always recieve great service when bringing in our vehicle for service. On this last visit we had a little more than just a routine service done. We noticed that some of the fluids were not topped off vehicle for service. On this last visit we had a little more than just a routine service done. We noticed that some of the fluids were not topped off (radiator, window wash..) This may be something that is not done, we had not noticed it before. Other than that the service was good and the truck feels and runs great! More
I originally chose this dealership for service because I bought my vehicle from them. I liked being able to schedule appointments online also. The reason I kept going back was because they kept sending me bought my vehicle from them. I liked being able to schedule appointments online also. The reason I kept going back was because they kept sending me discouonts on scheduled service! They even sent me a $9.99 oil-change for life card! They also washed my car after my last service, they didn't mention that to me so I guess it's something they do all the time. In all this dealerships service department seems to be all about customer service and retention. More
