The complete job was excellent but they need to work on thei r communication. Taking time out of my day to make multiple phone calls within a three day. Never receiving a call back and we were numerous messages r communication. Taking time out of my day to make multiple phone calls within a three day. Lube oil & filter Mostly satisfied although more of my questions could have been answered. Wanted my coolant checked and never got an answer. The receipt was not a lot Mostly satisfied although more of my questions could have been answered. Wanted my coolant checked and never got an answer. The receipt was not a lot of help either as the coolant section had a line through it. I still don't know if it was checked or needs replacement. They could have given me a more detailed explanation of the overall status of my vehicle and coolant. Disappointed that I have to go elsewhere to have my coolant checked but I am satisfied with the work that they did perform. More
