Couldn’t find the part I ordered. I had an appointment to put a pardon that I had ordered a week ago that they said would be in the next day. Took over an hour for them to locate the part and to have it installed. My luggage cover that I also ordered at the same time they located easily. More

Volkswagen Inspection I went in for a normal vehicle inspection and was greeting with a smile by James Melnick, as usual. In less than 30 minutes I was informed that during I went in for a normal vehicle inspection and was greeting with a smile by James Melnick, as usual. In less than 30 minutes I was informed that during the inspection an oil leak was discovered in the timing case. Jim immediately set me up for a rental car (no charge) and I was on my way. I was initially told the repair would take two days; however, the repair was done within one day. I returned the very next day to pick up my vehicle without incident. Great service and people! I made an appointment, dropped the car off and picked it up in no time. It was great. I brought it in for an oil change and during an inspection they I made an appointment, dropped the car off and picked it up in no time. It was great. I brought it in for an oil change and during an inspection they found a nail in one of my tires. If it was for them doing that I could be stranded somewhere with a flat tire. Terrible experience I received in the mail an offer: $109.95 economy battery and installation. Once I dropped off my car I got a phone call explaining that I have to pay I received in the mail an offer: $109.95 economy battery and installation. Once I dropped off my car I got a phone call explaining that I have to pay a $100 for labor. I end up by getting free labor but payed $147 for the battery + tax ( $ 158.76) not $110 showing on the offer. Once the job was done I tried to use a $50 gift card that I received in the mail as well, unfortunately it was not honored because I got free labor!!!! The add was showing $109.95 battery including labor. When I was about to leave I asked James about the warranty and he said in the beginning no warranty and then said maybe one year warranty. I was confused how come he does not know if it comes with warranty or no. James offered me a free oil change for my following visit because they could not do battery and oil change during the same visit More
