Mixed feelings Bob was great as usual. But the three times that I used the service department I ran into strange situations. Most recently i got an oil change. The Bob was great as usual. But the three times that I used the service department I ran into strange situations. Most recently i got an oil change. They didn't put my splash shield in correctly. I saw that it was dragging being held on by one(1) clip.when I was heading out of town. I had to get under the truck and take out the last clip. I Took the truck back that following Monday.. Another time a young man (not Bob) tried to tell me that i really should put in a new filter that my truck really needed. Was going to charge me over $100 After talking to another gentleman I found out that the filter the young man tried to sell me wasn't needed because my truck doesn't even have it. Bob took care of that. The young man even wanted me to rotate my tires that I just bought from you guys. (I still got charged by the way) Bob on the other hand is very knowledgeable and seems genuinely concern for the customer and their vehicle. I believe that I might deal with only him. Although the last guy to see me was also considerate and attentive to my concerns. I don't no his name though. The work "seems" to be good. More

Money pitt Appointment was for Friday. Dropped it off Thursday. Took rental bc needed car. Work didn’t start till Monday on my car. Had to pay for 4 days of rent Appointment was for Friday. Called Saturday morning and the guy had no clue about my car. Not happy at all. More

Recall I had a recall for my vehicle and I made the appointment. For almost 2 weeks straight I received emails and text messages reminding me of the appoint I had a recall for my vehicle and I made the appointment. For almost 2 weeks straight I received emails and text messages reminding me of the appointment. The day before the appointment I even called the service center to ask a question about dropping off and again I was confirmed. 20 minutes after that phone call I just happened to check my email and saw a cancellation Fanmail to it then again had to call the service center. At first they couldn’t find me in the system and were asking for confirmation numbers and then finally it was figured out that the appointment was canceled because they ran out of parts. I understand that this can happen with a recall but after so much communication then, I thought it was ridiculous that I was informed sooner about the party. It was just my chance that I received that email right before I drove over to drop my car off the night before my appointment. After this I rescheduled the appointment for two weeks later and on the morning of the appointment I received a text message at 7am letting me know that I’ve been kept in touch with on the progress of my service and by 3:30 in the afternoon I had heard nothing. I texted him and I half an hour later I was texted back just saying that my vehicle was ready. How long was it ready for? No one ever contacted me. Also, when I went to go pick up my vehicle, after waiting for them to go get my car, standing outside for a long time and then walking back inside because it was taking a while, I was never told that they pulled it out and finally I discovered it just sitting there with all the windows open and my keys just sitting on the dashboard. More

Noise on rear tire or brakes. I felt something rubbing in the rear of my Fusion hybrid which got worse when I applied the brakes. I took it to Chapman for service. They told me it would be about 24 hours until they could look at it. After I heard nothing well after that.i texted them (they told me to text). I heard that their system was down and the car would be looked at first thing the next morning. I did not hear anything and texted them at 9:45 AM. They did not answer my text for over an hour. I called and they told me the technician was looking at it. They called me back later and told me there was dried mud which had caked and they would remove it. More
Incompetent Soooo, initially I dropped off my vehicle for body work due to an accident. When I went to pick it up, I had to leave it there because the key wouldn' Soooo, initially I dropped off my vehicle for body work due to an accident. When I went to pick it up, I had to leave it there because the key wouldn't come out of the ignition. While my car was getting worked on for the ignition, I received a call that the steering wheel tilt lever was broken in the process. So, obviously, my car was stuck there longer. Finally, I get a call yesterday that my car was completed. I went this morning to pick it up. I went to the cashier to pay my bill and they bought out my car. And, once again, I had to leave it there again due to the fact that one of the original problems (trunk door wouldn't close properly due to getting hit in the back) wasn't resolved in the first place. More
