Took my vehicle in for an oil change, service and alignment on 12-1-20. I asked for the truck NOT to be washed and the truck was washed to their standards, not the standard I brought it in as. The alignment they did was worse than when I brought the truck to them, and this was supposedly after they test drove it. I was charged for an extra quart of oil I didn't need or use and they neglected to grease anything on the front end. They also returned the truck to me minus a radiator cap, and I only found that out when I went to the parts store to replace my air filter for 15 bucks, not their outrageous fee. I absolutely will never take anything to this place again, and as someone older who depends on dealerships to do the work I pay handsomely for, and to be honest and thorough in their workmanship I must say I am more than disappointed, I am thoroughly disgusted. More
I would like to give a big shout out to Rosi Williams in Service. I had my unit at another dealership with transmission issues where it sat for 8 days without anyone looking at it. I had a driver out of town and the additional downtime was a problem. I paid the additional cost to have it towed to Chapman Ford.. Rosi was my Service Advisor. She was a joy to work with on my repair. She got my truck in looked at and repaired in a matter of days. She was polite, professional and very easy to deal with. She kept me updated and made sure that everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. My truck was repaired and cleaned and looked like it was showroom ready when we picked it up. I cannot thank Rosi enough for her great work and care that she showed me as an out of town customer. Being a Fleet Manager, I have dealt with many Service Departments in my 20+ year career. I can easily say that this was the best service experience of all. Chapman Ford has a great, dedicated employee in Rosi. More
Coming back from Flagstaff two weeks ago I experienced the dreaded "death wobble" on my 2019 F250. As Chapman is close to my work I decided that I would call them to see what they could do for me. Called on a Monday and they offered to get me in that afternoon but I decided to wait until Tuesday morning. I dropped it off, they dropped me off at work, and I picked it up that afternoon. Ran it back up last weekend to make sure it was good to go and it is. Extremely satisfied with the work they did as well as how quickly they were able to get me in and get it completed. They also noticed that my batteries were leaking and replaced them under warranty at the same time. They have certainly earned my business from here on out. Timothy Beal was extremely helpful and forthcoming and quite frankly I couldn't have asked for more. More

The Service Advisor and Service Manager went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied customers. We had our 2013 Ford Escape towed there when it failed. They worked with us and our 3rd party extended warranty company to replace the engine. They were patient while we worked with the warranty co. They were responsive, honest and we drove home in a car we know was done right and we can rely on. When we need a new car Chapman Ford will be my first choice. More
