From my first interface with the service advisor (James Abrahamyan) to the final follow up with the assistant service manager (Carl Arrington) the service issues regarding my Honda CRV were not just handled professionally, but they went out of their way making sure I was COMPLETELY SATISFIED before I picked-up my car. Since I had one of those intermittent problems they put forth a lot of effort and time in assuring my vehicle was operating correctly. As they worked on my car, they communicated with me frequently, kept me in the loop as to what was being done and listened effectively to my inputs. Since it was towards the end of the day and I was trying to get a ride to pick up the car, Carl stepped in and immediately sent a car out to pick me up. Thanks to those guys' efforts, my first service visit to Chapman was an exceptionally pleasant experience. Their performance was exemplary and says a lot about staff and management. I highly recommend Chapman and will definitely be back when I need service. More

Even without appointments, my vehicle was taken in for repairs and without hesitation. In the past several years I have ALWAYS had excellent service, courteous assistance and have been provided a loaner car while repairs were being completed. Rene has been fabulous, always remembers me with a smile. He explains necessary repairs and he has been great about scheduling maintenance appointments. I trust him and appreciate his professionalism. The waiting area is comfortable and clean. I don't live in Tucson, but Chapman Honda is worth the drive. I will probably purchase my next vehicle from the dealership. More

Mr. Davoudikia explained the differences between the four types of CR_Vs, the options and prices for the options for each. Mr. Davoudikia has excellent knowledge on Honda vehicles, very courteous, patient and is not pushy. Next time we are in the market for a vehicle Chapman Honda is our no. 1 choice.
