I brought my 2005 Santa Fe in for regular servicing at 60,000 miles. Jamie called me within an hour and told me they recommended several items that needed to be repaired, including broken motor mounts, st 60,000 miles. The total to attend to all was over $2000. This was totally unexpected as I bring the vehicle in on schedule for maintenance. I could not afford even $1000 dollars in repairs, but she indicated some items could wait, but the motor mounts did need replacement now. I agreed to the mounts being replaced in addition to the regular service items due at this time. She saved the broken mounts and showed them to me when I came to get the car. Still in shock that these items suddenly failed in 3000 miles, I came back to ask them to show me where the mounts were located. Jamie immediately got the mechanic who performed the work and after getting the car up on the lift, Matt, showed me the location of the mounts. I was still skeptical that they had been replaced with new, but Matt told me he also washed the engine which then had run-off water that flowed over the mounts, making them looked "used". After some further discussion and Michael coming to also hear my concerns (about the shock to me hearing my Santa Fe needed so much repair) in light of how dedicated I am to having services done at regular intervals. I asked that I have one dedicated mechanic who would always be responsible for and perform maintenance on the Santa Fe. Michael and Matt were very agreeable to that request and I did leave feeling that my concerns had been addressed and resolved. Jamie was patient through this whole encounter, as were Michael and Matt. I do apologize to Matt, especially, for doubting that he actually did the repairs and replaced the broken parts with new. After talking with him, I believe in his integrity and look forward to knowing that he will care for my vehicle upon future visits to Chapman Hyundai. More
Jaime is wonderful, always very friendly and attentive. I just took our Sonata in for its oil change. I think the floor mat issue may be fixed this time. Steve, our sales person, was absolutely great! He took all the time necessary to explain all the details of the car we were purchasing. With all three occurances she was extremely, helpful, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I w warranty work on my 2011 Sonata. With all three occurances she was extremely, helpful, friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my service experience. She even offered a restaurant location nearby while the work was being done! The service work on all three occurances were also taken care of without issue. I'm a very happy customer! More

Jaime was very professional and attentive to what I needed to have done. She warned me it could take up to three hours for the retint on the window. The only complaint I would make is that the guys should return the car with the same radio station on as it was given to them. ; ) More
I was welcomed immediately upon my arrival at the service garage. Mr. Rosen asked me a few quewtions and I told him the issues I was having with my Elantra. I was told to go to the waiting area where we had coffee and pastries, up-to-date magazines (that almost never happens) and a television. The service was performed on my car including two recall matters which I had forgotten to mention. Mr. Rosen came in during the waiting period to let me know that the procedures had been done and that my car was being washed and would be delivered to me immediately. I was pleased how smoothly things went and how nice everyone was. Everyone whowas waiting seemed to feel the same way. The price was perfect . . . my warranty covered everything. More
