This was totally unexpected, and the overall efforts of the staff to help me out of my almost $8,000 negative equity with my Mazda was incredible. I seriously did not expect this kind of service, but am so glad that I finally gave them a listening ear after assuring them I wouldn't be a valid candidate for a new vehicle. Not only did they get my negative equity erased, I came out on top with a really sweet ride and an even sweeter car buying experience. More

He expressed more concern for my needs than making a profit for himself. I am quite concerned however that my phone number was given out to multiple companies who unprofessionally contacted me asking for private information claiming to be representing Chapman Hyundai trying to convince me to fiance my loan after the paper work had been completed. On top of that I received a phone call from someone in California I never heard of asking for a physical address and more personal information after my loan had been approved for a second time last friday. Text messages and strange phone calls worry me to know end. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable to me. More
