We’d like to apologize for the Hyundai recall and the time it took to see your vehicle, due to staff shortages and parts service is taking longer than normal. Hyundai also denied the warranty work on the vehicle. Again, we apologize that we did not have a loaner vehicle available when you brought your vehicle in.
