I brought my Journey in yesterday for brakes and a rattling during acceleration. Bill West contacted me to advise that the motor mount on my 3-year old Journey needed to be replaced... shocked by tha rattling during acceleration. I authorized the $500+ repair bill, and drove off the lot, and then onto the freeway. YES, the noise is less, but it's still there. This is not the first time tat I have left the shop, and had to come back for adjustments (i.e. oil change, service flush, radiator). Bill West is great, and I left him a voice mail this morning... and I'm sure he will call me back about an appt on Friday, but the last 2-times I've come in for repairs that I paid for @ 100%, I have had to pay for a rental care through Enterprise, because this is the only transportation my family has. That's not really fair either, with a $900+ bill and not a $800+ bill. Either the techs need to slow down, or they need to recheck their work, cause this is not acceptable service to me. I came for an oil change, replacement of left rear turn signal bulb and piece of plastic that had come loose right front. Car ready in an hour. Car hasn't been washed which is the second time for that. Car wash is not a priority. Of course, bulbs are only guaranteed for 12,000 miles so it cost $24.00. I asked attendant if needs were covered. He said "yES YOU HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT".Little things like this will insure you sell less cars in the future. Attention to detail is not a bad thing. Very disapointed. Looked for better from you. More

Tony Santos was able to fit me into his busy Saturday Schedule as I called at 7:45am. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and assisted me with both my auto repairs. Omar recognized I had been waiting for Schedule as I called at 7:45am. He was friendly, knowledgeable,and assisted me with both my auto repairs. Omar recognized I had been waiting for over 3 hours and offered me to take part in the Saturday Lunch BBQ. It was greatly appreciated that I was recognized by Omar as being friendly and patient. He is very personable and reads his customers well. Great Service Omar! William (my mechanic), fixed my window regulator and upon leaving your lot, another window regulator broke! William immediately took the car back in and fixed my second broken part fast and efficiently. He made sure that I did not have to continue to wait long as I'd been at the dealership since early morning. He's very knowledgeable and good with customers. Your dealership is my new 'Home' dealership as I've received the best service experience due to the above employees. Make sure they get recognized! I was without warranty dealership since the close of Integrity Dodge. I have warranties and shop gauarantees , supposedly, for life. It means nothing without a professional manufsacturers support. I was sold an u7pgraded warranty and no one to support it. I was on a vacation and purchased bad gas and had to get it home. 700 miles over warranty mileage. I would not buy a rollerskate from Chapman's! I, will be purchasing, but with another dealership that can offer product that is reasonably priced and a better service team. I was a little frustrated with my car situations since I only bought it 6 months ago from centennial toyota and it already had a major problem that my warranty they sold me didn't cover. I was incredibly short throughout the whole situation, but Tony helped me out and never got a negative attitude with me. He helped my out with my problems and took care of them quickly even though they were busy and he had prior engagements. I would have loved for my car to be completed same day, but it guess 2 days was reasonable for not having an appointment. Overall I am happy with my service and Tony did a great job. He took care of everything basically over the phone with me an I still haven't even met him. More
I called to make appointment and delivered the car the evening before, the next morning I get a call from Anthony stating that they are busy and wont look at the car until the end of the day but he will n evening before, the next morning I get a call from Anthony stating that they are busy and wont look at the car until the end of the day but he will need authorization for 102.00 to look at it, I asked why did the receptionist make the appointment if you where too busy to look at the car, he stated he didnt know. At the end of the day I still had not heard anything, so I called. Anthony stated that they had not looked at the car and it would have to wait until tomorrow. The next day I had to call him again and he had no news and told me to call back, which I did at that time he gave me rediculous pricing for items that in my opinion are safety concerns that Chrysler should deal with (horn and signals not working, air bag light coming on). At that point I decided to just pay the 102.00 and pick the car up and take to another dealership. I have purchased a car befor from Chapman and the service department was recommended to me. I will NOT be back. More
I have been going to Chapman since I moved here in 2009 from Palm Springs, CA. I am very happy with the service department and especialy Tony Santo. He is always professional and friendly. When I first arrived at the service Anthony Flores came out to greet my Dad and myself. He was very friendly and helpful took good care of me and got my car in and it was done within the time limit he had out to greet my Dad and myself.
