Mrs. Stephens I want to thank you for letting us know where we can improve in our customer satisfaction.My name is Mike Nicosia and i'm the service manager here at Chapman DCJ.I must apoligize to you for the 10 minute wait on our service drive as this is not our standard practice.Our policy is to immediately greet our customers and get them to their advisors as quickly as possible .There are times that an advisor is tied up with a prior customer and we feel it would be better to just have you move to another advisor at your discression.Mrs.Stephens, as for the customer that also wanted a key programmed it's hard to say what had happened .It's possible that there was a programming concern as all programming don't always go the same way but I do apoligize to you for any inconvience this has caused you and please know you are a valued customer to us .Thank you and have a nice day . Mr. Albert My jname is Mike Nicosia and i'm the service manager here at Chapman DCJ .In regards to the concern you are having with your vehicle I have spoken to the technician and the vehicle is not acting up for him.In order for us to say where or what the problem is we have to duplicate the concern. I know this can be frustrating for you as it is for us. We want nothing better than to find and repair the concern.As for the courtesy shuttle statement of our service operator being rude to you , I could only apoligize to you if you took it that way as I have listened to the phone call and I didn't hear any rudeness at all from her to you .I do realize that waiting four hours for the shuttle and you having to get to work was an inconvience to you but at times he does get tied up with many stops and was across town at that time.Thank you , Mike

My name is Mike Nicosia and I am the service manager here at Chapman DCJ .I have spoken with both The advisors that were involved with your vehicle.I must apoligize to you for the two advisors not communicating correctly when your original advisor had left for the day causing you a longer stay at our dealership.Also,our car wash isn't working as we are waiting for parts to install on it to get it back in order .Finally,there are a select few components on a vehicle that only carries a 12 month or 12,000 mile manufactures warranty and bulbs is one of those components .We do want our customers leaving our facility feeling that they were treated on a positive note and will hope that your future visit will uphold that quest.thank you Mike

My name is Mike Nicosia and I'm the service manager here at Chapman DCJ.I have both read and spoke with Adan your service advisor on your concern.The warranty that you had from Integrity DCJ had expired over 1000 miles prior to you coming into our dealership.At this point there was nothing Adan was able to do as Chrysler Service Contracts will not extend it.I'm sorry if Integrity told you that it was a life of the vehicle contract but it wasn't.Adan has stated that both you and him had discussed this prior to having the repair performed .I must apoligize to you for the inconvience this has caused you but I do believe Chapman DCJ has done anything to miss lead you in this matter.
