On a previous visit, I brought to the attention of the manager the fact that when I bought the vehicle, there was only one (1) set of keys. This fact was not known to me until 3 months later when I needed manager the fact that when I bought the vehicle, there was only one (1) set of keys. This fact was not known to me until 3 months later when I needed to give the spare set of keys to my daughter so that she could drive the car. All the papers were searched, the glove compartment, and the pouch with the vehicle maintenance guide. There was no extra set of keys, and no proof that I had received two sets. The evening I bought the vehicle was cold, windy, and at the closing hours. Needless to say, the inventory did not come to my mind, all I needed was to go home with the new vehicle. After extensive talks with the manager, and because of the fact that it had been 3 months since I bought the car, he finally agreed to let me have an extra set made and coded for the amount of $99.00 plus taxes. Though expensive to me, I realized that it was all the manager could do, and gladly agreed. I came in there due to needing a fluid reservoir replaced on my 2000 durango. The last time I was here I received excellent service. This time there was a oversight. Seeing that I was there for radiator work, it just seems like SOMEONE should have checked the fluid level in the radiator. My car overheated the next day, and had to add coolant. So the work was done, at a great price i might add (125 less than where i first went) but seems like some checking didn't happen. More
Nate assisted me with my radio problem, very courteous and friendly. Service was excellent. The waiting area has coffee, tv, and snacks while you are waiting. I would have rated them higher except no one offered to wash my car and they did not. Previously that service has been offered. Well, I was hoping they would be able to find out why my shifting from gear to gear and getting stuck in reverse 2 times. The tranmission person said there was nothing wrong with the tranny. He put it on a shifting from gear to gear and getting stuck in reverse 2 times. The tranmission person said there was nothing wrong with the tranny. He put it on a diagnostic read out and came up with zero. The gears still make that grinding sound when shifting from park to reverse, neutral, to drive and then back up again, with reverse being the prononced gear making the grinding. I was told that it was natural for a 1500 ram to make that noise. If you say it is so, the I believe it. If not, then we will be coming back to fix the issue. The mechanic said there was nothing to fix. Your service advisor Bill West worked hand over hand with me keeping me informed what was transpiring. Although Dodge had my truck from Mon to Fri. I guess it is working. I am worried that it will happen again when my truck is no longer under warranty. It now has 66,670 miles and will be 7 years old on Sept. 11, 2011. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I wish it could be of a more positive review, but when a vehicle makes noise, there has to be something wrong. I am hoping for the best here. Job still not done, your are still looking for a part for my truck, waiting on email with part number. so i can call chrysler HQ to find the part. still have engine light on in truck.
