I can tell you overall the experience was wonderful as we had a little mis-communication at the beginning. I would recommend anyone to go to this dealership and buy a car/truck from them. It was a delight that they helped me understand how everything works and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. My daughter and I went to this dealership to purchase her first car. My credit is not outstanding, so this place and Mr. AL GRANGER, in particular, were recommended to us. This has been a horror story since the minute we stepped onto the lot. AL GRANGER is a rude, nasty excuse for a human being and the typical stereotype for a used car salesman is giving him too much credit. No one seemed to be able to behave professionally. The finance manager couldn't keep his eyeballs out of my daughters shirt. Everyone in the place seemed to be on some form of meth/crack. They seemed to have done everything wrong and or half assed. We were then inundated with calls EVERYDAY for the next two weeks, at home and both our jobs, requesting information they "forgot" to get. The paper work is in a mixture of both mine and my daughters' names... And when we were called to sign our final paperwork, the person said "ok, sign here, here, here, and here. Ok, and these are the new terms of your agreement..." Which amounted to $400 a month instead of the $300 a month we had originally agreed to. An incredibly horrible experience, and I would NEVER recommend this dump to anybody. BEWARE AL GRANGER!!! Don't even get me started on the fact that the check engine light appeared after 17 days in my possession, 2 days AFTER the time limit to return this lemon expired. I could keep going... but whats the point. :/ More

He gave me a number after double checking. I got to the dealership and the sleazy routine started. That old, tired act of liars, con men and hacks started when the so-called manager came out and said he couldn't sell the car for that. I just walked out the door. Assume that if these people's lips are moving they are telling lies and move on. This place, the people that work there and their ilk are the reason car salesmen have such a bad name. More
I have been going to Chapman for a few years mainly for oil changes and some mech. work. I have found the Service Dept. to do an excellent job on oil changes. My car is clean when I take it and clean whe oil changes and some mech. work. I have found the Service Dept. to do an excellent job on oil changes. My car is clean when I take it and clean when I get it back. Getting my car back in the same condition that I took it is very important to me. I have been to other dealers for service and my car comes back dirty and greasy, not so at Chapman. Thanks Tony. More

The fuel tube on my 1995 Ram 2500 was broken during a fuel pump replacement in April 2011. The tube was split when the fuel tank was reinstalled. The service department refused to take responsibility f fuel pump replacement in April 2011. The tube was split when the fuel tank was reinstalled. The service department refused to take responsibility for the damage and I had to pay for the repair. Even though the price was reduced, I feel the repair should have been done at Chapman's expense and not mine. I lost over $50.00 in gas that leaked out or evaporated from the damaged fuel tube plus the cost of the repair. The original price of the short rubber replacement tube was $143.00 which I feel is way over priced. More
Adan did a great job, easy to contact, returned all calls very quickly..no compaints at all. My Ram 1500....I wanted the 1)tires rotated and balanced and the 2)front end aligned, as well as the 3)wiring ins very quickly..no compaints at all. My Ram 1500....I wanted the 1)tires rotated and balanced and the 2)front end aligned, as well as the 3)wiring installed for a prewired tow package. ( I supplied the wiring and the electric brake module.) And 4)the pre installed alarm removed. I dropped my truck off at 0915 on Wendesday and the vehicle was ready Friday afternoon around 1600. I thought this was WAY TOO LONG. When I picked vehicle up, there was a pair of wire cutters still on the floor on the drivers side and the cover for teh tow wiring was still on the bumper. Minor, but as a previous maintenance tech on airplanes...if these minor clean up issues were not taken care of..what else was missed or done improperly. Then there is the overall cost. $672. AYSM! ALignment...reasonable Balance and rotate...reasonable.. Wiring installation....$480...awefully steep! Shop supplies $50...your shitting me! What supplies after charging $480!!!! Hazardous materials $3...really? I bought my truck here at Chapman....and after this cost...I probably wont be back. More

Our Town & Country lost its 2nd engine which I originally worked with GEICO to replace under their "Mechnical Breakdown Coverage". This was at 53,000 miles with problems appearing before that. Nei originally worked with GEICO to replace under their "Mechnical Breakdown Coverage". This was at 53,000 miles with problems appearing before that. Neither Chrysler nor Partners (Extended warranty) would cover the engine replacement. I cannot say enough negative about these two companies. When the 2nd engine started to go out while visiting Las Vegas, I drive to Chapman where Adan was tremendous help and he worked well with GEICO and the engine supplier to get all the work approved and paid for. They took way too long, but Adan was terrific. He spotted issues with the oil pump housing and a leaky transmission due to someone doing a reseal. I will now take these issues back to GEICO and Tuttle-Click Chrysler in Irvine and file under the Lemon Law or some other provision to make Chrysler and Partners accountable. Chapman was terrific and I'll praise them highly. More
