The fuel tube on my 1995 Ram 2500 was broken during a fuel pump replacement in April 2011. The tube was split when the fuel tank was reinstalled. The service department refused to take responsibility for the damage and I had to pay for the repair. Even though the price was reduced, I feel the repair should have been done at Chapman's expense and not mine. I lost over $50.00 in gas that leaked out or evaporated from the damaged fuel tube plus the cost of the repair. The original price of the short rubber replacement tube was $143.00 which I feel is way over priced. More
Adan did a great job, easy to contact, returned all calls very quickly..no compaints at all. My Ram 1500....I wanted the 1)tires rotated and balanced and the 2)front end aligned, as well as the 3)wiring ins very quickly..no compaints at all. ( I supplied the wiring and the electric brake module.) And 4)the pre installed alarm removed. I dropped my truck off at 0915 on Wendesday and the vehicle was ready Friday afternoon around 1600. I thought this was WAY TOO LONG. When I picked vehicle up, there was a pair of wire cutters still on the floor on the drivers side and the cover for teh tow wiring was still on the bumper. Minor, but as a previous maintenance tech on airplanes...if these minor clean up issues were not taken care of..what else was missed or done improperly. Then there is the overall cost. $672. AYSM! ALignment...reasonable Balance and rotate...reasonable.. Wiring installation....$480...awefully steep! Shop supplies $50...your shitting me! What supplies after charging $480!!!! Hazardous materials $3...really? I bought my truck here at Chapman....and after this cost...I probably wont be back. More

Our Town & Country lost its 2nd engine which I originally worked with GEICO to replace under their "Mechnical Breakdown Coverage". This was at 53,000 miles with problems appearing before that. Neither Chrysler nor Partners (Extended warranty) would cover the engine replacement. I cannot say enough negative about these two companies. When the 2nd engine started to go out while visiting Las Vegas, I drive to Chapman where Adan was tremendous help and he worked well with GEICO and the engine supplier to get all the work approved and paid for. They took way too long, but Adan was terrific. He spotted issues with the oil pump housing and a leaky transmission due to someone doing a reseal. I will now take these issues back to GEICO and Tuttle-Click Chrysler in Irvine and file under the Lemon Law or some other provision to make Chrysler and Partners accountable. Chapman was terrific and I'll praise them highly. More
I had an appointment & when I arrived at Chapman Dodge, my presence was not acknowledged for 10 minutes while I waited in the service reception area & was told to wait until a particular service age Dodge, my presence was not acknowledged for 10 minutes while I waited in the service reception area & was told to wait until a particular service agent was available. After 10 more minutes of waiting, I asked someone if I could be assisted by someone else & he directed me to another available service agent. I needed a new key & clicker & needed them both programmed. I was told it would be ready within the hour, however, after an hour and 10 minutes, I had to go find out if it was ready. (Additionally, someone who arrived after me & did NOT have an appointment also wanted a new key & clicker & his service was completed before mine.) More
Curtesy vehicle took 4 hours just to call me back and by then I already picked up my vehicle by other means. T he service operator was rude when I asked when I called to ask how long before the driver was g then I already picked up my vehicle by other means. The service mechanic could not find the problem with me vehicle for the 4th time, even though it had to be towed in twice. I am very disappointed in every part of service received. More
I brought my Journey in yesterday for brakes and a rattling during acceleration. Bill West contacted me to advise that the motor mount on my 3-year old Journey needed to be replaced... shocked by tha rattling during acceleration. I authorized the $500+ repair bill, and drove off the lot, and then onto the freeway. YES, the noise is less, but it's still there. This is not the first time tat I have left the shop, and had to come back for adjustments (i.e. oil change, service flush, radiator). Bill West is great, and I left him a voice mail this morning... and I'm sure he will call me back about an appt on Friday, but the last 2-times I've come in for repairs that I paid for @ 100%, I have had to pay for a rental care through Enterprise, because this is the only transportation my family has. That's not really fair either, with a $900+ bill and not a $800+ bill. Either the techs need to slow down, or they need to recheck their work, cause this is not acceptable service to me. I came for an oil change, replacement of left rear turn signal bulb and piece of plastic that had come loose right front. Car ready in an hour. Car hasn't been washed which is the second time for that. Car wash is not a priority. Of course, bulbs are only guaranteed for 12,000 miles so it cost $24.00. I asked attendant if needs were covered. He said "yES YOU HAVE A SERVICE CONTRACT".Little things like this will insure you sell less cars in the future. Attention to detail is not a bad thing. Very disapointed. Looked for better from you. More
