Stated that the A/C blows hot air: Was charged $100.00 for A/C diagnoises and told my co Took my Jeep Wangler Unlimited in for lube & oil service. Stated that the A/C blows hot air: Was charged $100.00 for A/C diagnoises and told my condenser was no-good. Quoted $900.00 plus to fix. Took it elsewhere for A/C repair and it was fixed for $20.00. Chapman had our(Chrysler Owned) van for 23 days.When I was called to pick-up the van that it was ready,there were 2 engine lights on. This was the reason I brought it in to the dealer for repairs. Then the bill was $3,300 so much for discounting parts for Chrysler. This is NOT the first time we have had issues. Sadly there are only two dealers in town. More
Denise was the liaison between me and the service people. She took the report. I was there from 8:30 til 1:30 (had a 9am appointment)and she left me without further communication until noon, when I had to go She took the report. An hour and one half passed and I went back and she told me that the car needed over $1000 in repairs. I said I didn't want the repairs done then, and took the car home. This was my third visit to Chapman. THe last two times, Mike Reynos took care of everything, letting me know what was going on and how long it would take. It was because of his high level of service that we go to Chapman. However, this last visit was frustrating. I had my 9am appointment and others came in after me but I was still waiting after everyone else had been taken care of. More
