The new "pay your service advisor" system is inconvenient. It's not always easy to find the service advisor. I brought my jeep in for a 90,000 mile service and afterwards had problems with inconvenient. It's not always easy to find the service advisor. I brought my jeep in for a 90,000 mile service and afterwards had problems with my car shaking at high speeds. The issue was my tires being too worn, but to get to that answer and get the problem fixed, I had to wait two hours on a Monday morning, just to be told I needed new tires. Then I had to come back again on a Thursday to get my new tires. The "best" part was getting a snippy call from an overworked lady at the dealership on Monday morning. AFTER spending 2 hours at the dealership, to be told I needed new tires, I get a condescending phone call from a woman saying that I missed my scheduled appointment that day!!!! When I called back to tell her I didn't miss my appointment, all she said was "oh". My service advisor is nice and the service area is much nicer looking than it used to be (it used to be creepy), but the service and coordination still need to improve quite a bit. More
I was very pleased with the work done. Obviously just about everyone believes they are overcharged on repair work, and paying more in labor than the part doesn't help either. But even at that, I am very about everyone believes they are overcharged on repair work, and paying more in labor than the part doesn't help either. But even at that, I am very satisfied with the overall experience. Okay I'll add a few more words. More
I had my car towed in on a Monday afternoon. It was not looked at until Wednesday or Thursday. They could not find anything wrong with the car, which is fine. I had other things to be checked out which th looked at until Wednesday or Thursday. They could not find anything wrong with the car, which is fine. I had other things to be checked out which the findings were not explained. Nate was great! I was thinking about buying a Grand Cherokee but if I can not get the car serviced in a reasonable time frame, wh bother? More

While my vehicle was in for repair 150 miles away due to a catastrophic failure, theese guys tried their best to help me with the problems I was having with another dealership. I scheduled an appointment at 8:30 on a Monday to have a leak in the AC checked (water was leaking on the the passenger side floor board). I called around 3:30 on Tuesday to find out why I had not heard any leak in the AC checked (water was leaking on the the passenger side floor board). I called around 3:30 on Tuesday to find out why I had not heard anything yet and found out that it had not been looke at yet and wouldn't be until the next day. I had to go pick my vehice up because I had to have it. Why did I even schedule and appointment for Monday if they weren't even going to look at it until Wednesday? I was told that the time was just an appointment to drop the vehicle off. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. Because of this experience, I will NEVER buy a vehicle from Chapman Dodge and I will NEVER recommend the dealership to anyone I know. More

I brought my truck in for an oil change and to have the brakes looked at because I heard an intermediate grinding noise coming from the brakes. I just moved from Texas to Las Vegas and one week before leav brakes looked at because I heard an intermediate grinding noise coming from the brakes. I just moved from Texas to Las Vegas and one week before leaving Texas I had my front brakes redone. When I got to Vegas I heard a grinding noise when I would hit the brakes at random times. I called the mechanic in Texas to report the issue and they told me to take it to a shop and have it checked out and that they would 'make things right'. After I got my truck back from your service department, I asked them specifically what they found out about the brakes. I was told 'The Brake pads were a hard metal Duralast brake pad and that it was metal in the brake pad that was causing the intermediate grinding noise that I heard'. The service advisor Gage sounded confident on his answer and I verified that it was safe and he said that it was. Upon my drive back home from your dealership, I called the mechanic in Texas to let him know what I was told. The mechanic in Texas literally laughed at me and said that they do not use Duralast brand brake pads and that they were a quality ceramic pad and not a metal pad that I was told by your service department. When I got home, I checked my paperwork from your service department and nowhere on the paperwork was there any results from the finding of the brake grinding noise, just that I reported the issue and wanted it checked out. I called Gage to see if he could put what he told me in writing and send me new paperwork. He then started to back pedal on what he told me and said sorry that the paper work is ‘closed out’ and that I would need to bring my truck back in for another inspection since I had already left. He said that he was going to go talk to the tech again regarding my truck and a few minutes later he called me back and said that the tech wasn’t positive that they were Duralast or even a metal brake pad. I live 30 minutes away so there was no way I was going to head back down there especially after the results changed. I will not be recommending this Service department / dealership to any of my friends. More
