I took my Dodge Durango in for service. Mr. Morris explained the process in detail. He kept me alerted to progress regarding my vehicle. He responded to emails and calls promptly. The vehicle was fixed before the expected time. When I was paying I was offered a car wash..that was nice. As far as price, I paid $100 deductible for warranty work and $25 for a tire rotation,the tire rotation was rather high but it was easy since you already had the SUV. As far as quality of work, I have only driven the vehicle for 20 minutes since I got it back, it appears to be fixed but I am not ready to rate that aspect of the service. More

While waiting for my car, they had coffee, and doughnuts and bagels available, and of course T.V. In about an hour after the 7:00 a.m. start time he informed my alignment was out and needed to be realigned, I was very surprised when he told me the price, and and how low it was. I had recently ran off a curb and knew it was not steering well,but I was afraid the price would be to hig so I hadn't asked for it, I had it done and the Car once again steers and rides like' new. I waited for the car and the whole experience was less then two hours, I am very pleased with this service center More
This is my second service with Chapman. Each time I have had Denys assist me. She returns calls promptly.She was cordial and courteous to me when I arrived at my scheduled time despite her obviously being had Denys assist me. The young woman who checked me out was equally pleasant and courteous. I have no complaints at this time except to say that not all the customers who are waiting for their vehicles are that fond of Overhaulin." More

Our only complaint is the fact we weren't told that we couldn't pay the bill for service with a check over $500. We only noticed your signs posted when we went to pay the bill and I had already writin my check for $1,020.09. I would suggest in the future your service employee's tell the customer's what the amount of service is and when it's over that $500. they should explain that you only take checks for $500. or under. So payment must be cash - debit - credit!!! We don't put things like this on Credit and we don't use Debit!!! The young girl said I could write 2 seperate checks for $500. which I did and was going to pay the rest in cash. Then your other Manager came and said NO we can't except 2 check. Now I had not only wasted 1 check I had wasted 3. The manager offered us a shuttle to the bank to get the money which sounds pretty crazy. All they had to do was call our bank and make sure the funds were available. Well the manager finally excepted both $500. checks but he didn't want to. Is this the dealerships rules or are these rules from Corp. And as far as your signs being posted they should be posted all over the place where your customers are waiting not at the check out counter by then it's too late to make any other arrangements!!!!! I'm thinking of contacting your main headquarters this was very embrassing for us with customers standing in line behind us as well as the ones sitting around the waiting rooms. More
I was in at the service department last Saturday (3/13) because my low tire pressure light keeps coming on. I brought my Caliber in last November and January for the same thing. Every time, including last because my low tire pressure light keeps coming on. I brought my Caliber in last November and January for the same thing. Every time, including last Saturday, I am told they cannot find anything wrong, even though this time it was obvious the rear passenger tire was very low (causing the light to come on). This past Monday (3/15 - 2 days after leaving the service department) the light came back on again. I am tired of wasting my time at their service center waiting to be told there is nothing wrong. Something has to be wrong for the light to keep coming back on, now only days after it is serviced. My next step is to contact Chrysler/Dodge corporate office to help me fix this problem. More

I RUN A TOOL DISTRIBUTORSHIP IN HENDERSON, NV. WE RELY ON CHAPMAN DODGE TO SERVICE ALL OF OUR VEHICLES. WE DO NOT HAVE A LARGE FLEET, JUST THREE TRUCKS. WITH ONLY THREE TRUCKS HOWEVER, IT IS CRITICALLY IMPOR CHAPMAN DODGE TO SERVICE ALL OF OUR VEHICLES. WE DO NOT HAVE A LARGE FLEET, JUST THREE TRUCKS. WITH ONLY THREE TRUCKS HOWEVER, IT IS CRITICALLY IMPORTANT THAT NONE OF THEM ARE OUT OF SERVICE FOR VERY LONG. WHEN ONE TRUCK IS OUT, 33% OF OUR FLEET IS GONE. ANTHONY UNDERSTANDS OUR NEEDS AND ALWAYS GETS OUR VEHICLES BACK TO US IN A TIMELY FASHION. More

I got the "free" service months ago and then got a mailer for a cheap lube, oil, inspec forwarded to you after yoiur president screwed everything up. To qualify my remarks below, whoever reads this should know that, previous to my recent experiences in the Chapman Dodge Serivce Department, I had never met either of the service writers I am writing abou know that, previous to my recent experiences in the Chapman Dodge Serivce Department, I had never met either of the service writers I am writing about and that I am responding to this request for my opinion as a matter of conscience because of their performance. I have been to Chapman Service twice now; the first time Ben Morris helped me and the second time I was helped by Denise Gautier. On both occasions, the diagnosis, repairs and price were completed and/or cost less than what I expected and agreed to pay. I also noticed that Ben and Denise each maintain an air of urgency that is well-suited for listening to my concerns in detail, while getting everything done, and everyone taken care of, as quickly as possible... you are fortunate to have team members of this caliber on your front line.
