Hello Sean Bishop, My name is Don Hamrick & I am the GM for Chapman where we service yor Ram. Thank you for sharing your comments on dealer rater. Trust me we do care & you are important to us. Immediately after reading your review I sat with Denys & Mike Nicosia, our Service Manager. We reviewed your file & you are right we have repaced two injector tubes in the last few months. Fortunately they were under warranty but in March it was your #6 injector tube & most recently it was the #4 tube. It is difficult to determine what caused this but I can't link it to any oversight on the part of our technician. As regards the transmission "hunting" sensation you mention there are no codes in the system and the only way the technician could replicate the feeling was to use light throttle pressure between 42-48 mph. This occurs because the trans is not sure what the driver wants. If this is when you are experiencing it shift the trans in to "drive" versus "OD" and that will eliminate the sensation. Please let me know if you would like to sit with Mike & I and we will make ourselves available to you. My direct line at the store is 432-2401 and Mike's is 432-2437. Don thank you for getting back to me, I want you to know that the service I have been given by Denys has been superb she is very good and treats me like a million bucks. I feel like your techs are not trying to figure it out they seem lazy to me and don't make an effort.You guys change the number 4 twice and the number 6 once. You also replace in the fuel rail in march.It's odd to me this would start happening after 85-90 thousand miles and now has happened 3 times. As for the transmission problem I can tell you that it has never done this before and the trans has been rebuilt 2 times,Once it was 2nd gear blown up and the 2nd time it was 1st gear and a valve body, now I have this jerking motion. It does it at lower speeds as well like 15-25mph. It's not normal I now it and I'm pretty sure you guys know it. Lets test drive a new Ram and see if it does it. My buddies 06 does not do it and my buddies 04 does not do it.

Mr. Hamrick, The mere fact that you are willing to make the situation right is good enough. The scratch is not so bad that it interferes with anything. It was just the whole principle. I appreciate you taking the time to review and offer to take care of the window tint and re-inspect my car, however I am satisfied.
