Great Customer Service We had a transmission with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler the week before Thanksgiving. The Jeep was towed to Chapman and they started diagnosis the next morn We had a transmission with our 2018 Jeep Wrangler the week before Thanksgiving. The Jeep was towed to Chapman and they started diagnosis the next morning. In fortunately it was a Friday, so we didn’t get an update until Monday (which was expected). On that Monday we were informed the transmission needed to be replaced, and it could take a week or two due to the Holiday (again, expected). But to our surprise, we received a call on Friday evening letting us know our Jeep was ready to go! We were greatful it only took one week in all, and couldn’t have asked for better service. More
