How many times do I have to come back to the dealership? On my last visit I waited almost 20 mins in the lobby for a receptionist. When she finally came she didn't greet me. No eye contact when she asked me how can she help me. She also didn't know I had a check waiting for me, I had to tell her. She also didn't give me my second key, so now I have to go back for the 7th time. If it wasn't for Frank I would NOT come back. He deserves all the recognition for this. He single handedly has been helping me to get squared away. Even on his day off he is making sure I have everything I need. Great job Frank! More

It was the first step in rebuilding our wounded credit from the housing market crash. They were great , however our interest rate was super high. we made several attempts to refinance to no avail due to high mileage. So I called Chapman. Frankeelynn suggested I talk with the sales manager. I left a voice mail for the sales manager. Within 5 minutes Sal called me back and gave me some options. We then made an appointment with Thurston for 5p. Both my husband and I had the terrible flu so we dragged in at 6:30. There was Thurston. He had listened to my concerns and had pulled 2 different vehicles that would fit my budget and my specific needs. I am a Realtor and use my vehicle for work so I was very specific. After much back and forth he could see I was having a hard time letting go of my Chrysler 300. He called the manager who had by that time left. He then took us outside and showed us the Chrysler 300 we ended up buying. Believe me - he worked his (---) off. It was not easy. We got a car we love at a price we could afford and cut our interest rate by over half!. So here is the rest of the story... This was NEW YEARS EVE 2017. We left at 10:00p.
